【お仕事の内容】
革新的なデジタルサービスの創出や自社での内製化を目指す企業を対象に、技術コンサルティングから、新しい時代に即したソフトウェア開発、DevOps支援等のマネージメントをご担当いただきます。
<具体的な業務内容>
1. デジタル技術コンサルティング
お客様との折衝、要件定義といったクライアントフェイシングをお願いします。
具体的には、顧客と定期的にディスカッションをし、顧客が検討しているデジタルサービス実現のために必要となる技術、 アーキテクチャ、開発メソドロジなどについてご提案していきます。
ディスカッションを繰り返す中で顧客のニーズを探り、一緒にサービスを洗練させていくイメージです。コンサルティング領域としては顧客の開発組織の全体計画から、最新ウェブアプリケーションのテクノロジー(クラウドネイティブ等)、データサイエンスなど多岐に渡ります。
2. Gigを活用したアジャイル開発
開発フェーズでは、TopcoderをはじめとしたGigコミュニティを活用しプロジェクトを進めます。弊社アーキテクト・リードエンジニアと一緒に、プロジェクト全体の舵取りをしていただきます。また、プロジェクトによっては、Gigコミュニティのエンジニアなどと直接やりとりして頂くこともあります。
プロジェクトのスケジュールやスコープ・成果物・成約事項などを伝えて、具体的なプラン(実施コンテストの種類・数・コストなど)を一緒に検討し、アジャイル開発をリードしていただきます。
3. その他一般的なプロジェクト・マネージメント業務(プロジェクトP/Lの管理など)

For companies aiming to create innovative digital services and in-house production, you will be in charge of management such as technical consulting, software development for the new era, DevOps support, etc.
<Specific business content>
1. Digital technology consulting
Responsible for client facing such as negotiation with customers and requirement definition.
Specifically, we will hold regular discussions with customers and propose technologies, architectures, development methodologies, etc. necessary for realizing digital services that customers are considering.
It is an image of exploring customer needs and refining services together through repeated discussions. The consulting area ranges from the overall plan of the customer's development organization to the latest web application technology (cloud native, etc.) and data science.
2. Agile development utilizing Gig
In the development phase, we will utilize the Gig community including Topcoder to proceed with the project. You will steer the entire project with our Architect Lead Engineer. Also, depending on the project, you may be asked to interact directly with engineers in the Gig community.
You will be asked to lead agile development by communicating the project schedule, scope, deliverables, contracts, etc., and considering specific plans (type, number, cost, etc. of the implementation contest) together.

・プロダクト開発もしくはSI案件におけるプロジェクトマネージメント経験
・対応したことのない業界でも自発的に学び、理解を深められるスキル
・英語: 利用シーンは主にチャットでグローバルのコミュニティメンバーとのコミュニケーション
・文章での優れたコミュニケーションスキル(リモートワーク主体のため)
・お客様へのプレゼンテーション能力
・必要な日本語力:N2以上(コミュニケーションが取れればN3でも可能)

・AWS 認定ソリューションアーキテクト
・認定スクラムマスター、プロジェクト・マネジメント・プロフェッショナル(PMP® 資格)

[Requirements]
