■企画・設計
自社プロジェクトにおいては、企画設計から携わっていただけます。データ分析や業界調査などをプロジェクト内で協力しながら行い、課題を解決し、希望が叶う設計を行います。また、グループ会社からのCW案件に関してもお客様からのヒアリング～提案の業務をお任せします。
■開発
サイト設計を元にシステムの構築を行います。チームメンバーの各々のスキルを最大限に発揮できるようなマネジメントをお任せします。
■運用
自社サービスはリリース後のグロースが最重要項目です。機能改善と利益の最大化のための課題に常に向き合い、解決するための試行錯誤を繰り返しながら成長させていきます。

[Job description]
■Planning and design
In their own projects, you will be involved from the planning and design stage. Data analysis and industry research will be conducted in cooperation within the project to solve problems and create a design that fulfills your wishes. In addition, for CW projects from group companies, we can also be entrusted with the task of hearing from the client and making proposals.
■Development
They build systems based on the site design and also manage team members so that they can maximize their skills.
■Operation
