【お仕事の内容】
〈エンゲージメント・マネージャー〉
・個々のプロジェクト・モジュールの実行管理(仮説の立案、データ収集の管理、モデルの作成と分析、一次および二次調査の実施などが含まれます)
・正確で質の高い案件の遂行を通じて、パートナーグループのプロジェクトデリバリーをサポート
・エグゼクティブクライアントとの関係を構築し、幅広い聴衆にプレゼンテーションを行い、クライアントやその他のステークホルダーと協働
・若手コンサルティングスタッフの管理と能力開発
〈プリンシパル〉(上記の職務に加えて)
・大規模または複数のクライアント案件の監督(作業計画、コミュニケーション、プロセス、クライアント管理)
・若手およびシニアレベルのクライアントとの日常的なやり取りをリードする指南役
・分析モジュールおよびクライアントコミュニケーションの構築におけるチームメンバーへの指導
・パートナーとの協働による主要なプレゼンテーションの作成と実施
・各プラクティスおよびファームを効果的に代表し、ビジネス開発をサポートし、新規クライアントやプロジェクトの機会を創出
・チーム全体の知識やベストプラクティスの共有
[Job description]
〈Engagement Manager〉
・Managing the execution of individual project modules. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
・Supporting their Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high quality case execution
・Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
・Managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.
〈Principal〉
・Oversight of large or multiple client engagements – work planning, communications, process and client management
・Lead, day-to-day point-person for junior and senior-level client interactions
・Guidance to team members in structuring analysis modules and client communications
・Collaboration with Partners in production and delivery of major presentations
・Effectively representing the respective Practice and firm to support business development and generate new client or project opportunities
・Sharing team knowledge and best practices across the firm |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:流暢(N1レベル)
・必要な英語力:ビジネスレベル
・少なくとも6～8年の関連業務経験(一流戦略コンサルティングファーム、またはプロジェクトベースのチーム志向の環境での経験)
(プリンシパル(7-10年)の資格取得にはさらなる経験が必要です)
・チームまたはワークストリームを率い、管理し、速いペースで要求の厳しい環境において厳しい納期を達成した実績。
・戦略的な問題解決に精通し、明確な分析能力を有すること。
・金融サービス業界に関する知識、幅広い業務領域、または深い業務領域のいずれかに精通していることが望ましい。

[Requirements]
・Required Japanese Ability : Fluent (N1 level)
・Required English Ability: Business
・A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
(Additional experience required to qualify for Principal (7-10 years) roles.)
・Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
・Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
・Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred, and required at more senior levels
