Under the mission of "Energy for all people and EVs," the company operates an EV charging infrastructure business. It provides an integrated range of services, from proposing EV charger installation and carrying out installation work to operation and maintenance, leasing, and development and provision of its own app.
After entering the EV charging business in 2022, the company achieved the installation of approximately 35,000 accounts EV chargers, one of the top-class figures in Japan. As one of the few operators holding permission to install EV infrastructure on expressways, it is promoting the construction of social infrastructure that supports the spread of EVs in Japan.
The company also has EV Construction株式会社, its in-house construction company, and has built a structure that allows everything from construction to operation to be completed within the group. It has raised a cumulative total of approximately 20 billion yen in funding and has also achieved profitability, making it a growing company. |

Terra Chargeアプリは「簡単な操作で充電可能」「アプリで決済も完結」「全国どこでも使える」を特長として掲げ、今後も機能追加を予定しています。
単なるソフトウェア開発の進行管理にとどまらず、営業・マーケティング、そして「充電器の施工・保守オペレーション」という物理レイヤーまでを巻き込み、多国籍なエンジニアチームと共に泥臭く事業を前進させてください。
Terra Charge app highlights "easy operation for charging," "payment completed within the app," and "usable anywhere nationwide," and plans to add more features going forward.
Beyond simply managing software development progress, you will drive the business forward in a hands-on way, involving sales and marketing as well as the physical layer of charger installation and maintenance operations, working alongside a multinational engineering team. |

【必須要件】
* WebサービスまたはモバイルアプリのPdM、もしくは企画・立案の経験(3年以上)
* 数値目標(KPI)を背負い、プロダクトを成長させた実績
* 開発、ビジネス、リアルな現場(オペレーションや施工など)といった、利害や背景の異なる多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、泥臭く合意形成を行ってプロジェクトを完遂した経験
* ユーザー課題を起点に仕様を定義し、リリースまで推進した経験
* 情報整理・図解構成力・PowerPointスライドデザインの経験
* 複数案件の並行進行・スケジュール管理力
* 開発チームとの協働経験 ※ご自身での実装経験は不問です
【歓迎要件】
* 0→1の新規事業立ち上げ、または1→10の急成長フェーズでのPdMまたは事業責任者経験
* ハードウェア(IoT)とソフトウェアが連携するプロダクトの知見
* モビリティ、シェアリングエコノミー、物流、O2Oなど、ソフトウェアと「リアルの物理的なオペレーション」が密接に絡む領域でのプロダクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクト進行経験
* 定量データ分析にもとづく改善のご経験

* 指示を待つのではなく、自律的に課題を見つけ、解決までをリードできる方

* Experience as a PdM (Product Manager) for a web service or mobile app, or in planning and proposal work (3+ years)
* Track record of growing a product while being accountable for numerical targets (KPI)
* Experience completing projects by building consensus, through persistent hands-on effort, among diverse stakeholders with different interests and backgrounds, such as engineering, business, and on-the-ground operations or construction
* Experience defining specifications starting from user problems and driving them through to release
* Experience in information organization, diagram-based structuring, and PowerPoint slide design
* Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and manage schedules
* Experience collaborating with development teams *Hands-on implementation experience by yourself is not required.
[Preferred requirements]
* Experience as a PdM or business leader in a 0→1 new business launch or a 1→10 rapid growth phase
* Knowledge of products that combine hardware (IoT) and software
* Product management or project execution experience in areas where software and real-world physical operations are closely intertwined, such as mobility, sharing economy, logistics, and O2O
* Experience with improvement based on quantitative data analysis
* Strong alignment with the mission "Energy for all people and EVs," and a desire to be directly involved in realizing a Japan-born global mega-venture
* Able to independently identify issues and lead them through to resolution, without waiting for instructions
* Not a critic who only asks "What" from scratch, but someone with a strong sense of ownership who translates management's vision into "How" and is willing to put in persistent hands-on execution
* Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can adapt flexibly to change
* Able to understand structure and translate business concepts into product specifications
* New graduates and recent graduates with startup experience are also welcome |
