【募集背景】
海外のIT人材を活用するオフショア開発にいちはやく着目し、2016年にグループ初の海外開発拠点としてベトナムに開設したのがこのASIA拠点です。日本国内で数十万人規模のITエンジニアが不足するといわれる我が国の社会課題を解決できるビジネスとして、大きな期待が寄せられています。
現在のASIA拠点のCEOは、親会社のエンジニアプラットフォーム統括部長が兼務しているのですが、ここのCEOを移管していくことで、事業成長のカーブを強くしていこうというのが狙いです。
現在のASIA拠点では、組織規模も200名が見えてきており、事業において複数の課題が見えてきております。その内容を一緒に現CEOと議論しながら、事業拡大に貢献いただける方を募集します。

【働き方】
・在宅リモート勤務を推奨
※週に1回程度、東京本社へ出社の可能性あり
・現地とのコミュニケーションはオンラインミーティングが中心
※基本的には日本語のコミュニケーション(ASIA拠点は約60%のメンバーが日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能)
※英語業務は希望により携われる可能性あり
・年に数回程度、ベトナムへの出張の可能性あり

[Working style]
・Recommend remote work from home
* Possibility of going to the Tokyo head office about once a week
・Communication with local people is mainly through online meetings
* Basically, communication is in Japanese (about 60% of members at the ASIA base can communicate in Japanese)

・There is a possibility of business trips to Vietnam several times a year
