【必須要件】
・IT業界における業務経験6年以上
・論理的思考能力(ロジカルライティング、ロジカルスピーキング)
・従来のやり方にこだわらず、積極的に新しい視点での提案や課題発見、課題解決ができる力
・多様な従業員と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、信頼関係を構築できる力
【歓迎要件】
・リーダーとしてチームを率いてプロジェクト推進した経験の保有
・基盤もしくはアプリケーションの設計経験、アーキテクトとしての経験、提案推進経験の保有
・専門分野における資格の保持(高度情報処理やベンダー試験など)
・提案経験(プロポーサルマテリアルの作成、プレゼンテーション実施)の保有
・TOEIC 600点程度以上の英語力

・6+ years of work experience in the IT industry
・Logical thinking ability (logical writing, logical speaking)
・Ability to proactively propose new perspectives, discover issues, and solve problems without being bound to conventional approaches

[Preferred requirements]
・Experience leading a team as a leader to drive projects forward
・Experience in designing infrastructure or applications, experience as an architect, or experience driving proposals
・Holding qualifications in a specialized field (such as Advanced Information Technology Engineer Examination or vendor certifications)
・Experience in proposals (creating proposal materials, delivering presentations)
・English proficiency of around TOEIC 600 or above
