ネットワークセキュリティ事業は、ディフェンスシステム事業部における重要な事業分野であり、主に国家安全保障に関わるお客様(国家機関等)に対して、安全かつ信頼性の高いネットワーク環境を提供することを目的としたソリューション(ネットワークシステム、セキュリティサービス、関連製品など)を展開しています。
ネットワークセキュリティ業務では、高度なセキュリティ機能が求められる通信インフラや情報ネットワークの設計・構築・運用支援を行います。お客様のネットワーク環境における脅威の分析、対策方針の策定、セキュアな通信経路の設計・開発、暗号通信やアクセス制御の実装保証などを通じて、堅牢なネットワークセキュリティを実現します。
さらに、ネットワークアーキテクチャの設計・構築支援、セキュリティ訓練・演習の実施、独自暗号技術を活用した通信保護製品の提供なども行っています。
当ポジションでは、クラウドベースのネットワーク環境において、セキュアな通信と情報保護を実現するための提案、設計・開発、運用支援を担当いただきます。技術的には、NIST-SP800やISO15408等のセキュリティ基準に準拠したネットワーク設計・開発、ユーザー認証、アクセス制御、ファイアウォール(FW)、侵入検知システム(IDS)、ログ解析、マルウェア対策、セキュリティオペレーションセンター(SOC)、暗号通信などに関するセキュリティ製品と自社開発アプリケーションを組み合わせたネットワークセキュリティソリューションの開発に従事いただきます。

【職務概要】
オンプレミスのクラウド化を進める特定システムを対象にサイバーセキュリティの機能強化等について、提案段階から参画し、プログラム開発、システム構築、試験、運用までシステムのライフサイクル全体に従事いただきます。
提案フェーズにおいては、ニーズ調査から提案書の作成にプロジェクトマネージャーとして従事いただきます。
また、開発フェーズでは、プロジェクトマネージャーの立ち位置で、10～50名程度のプロジェクトメンバを取り纏めプロジェクトを推進できる方を募集します。
※実際の機材設定やプログラミングは、協力会社へ発注し、開発作業を推進することになります。

サイバーセキュリティに係るネットワークエンジニアリング。
・中央省庁に対してヒアリングを行い、ニーズを収集、集約、分析
・聴取したニーズを踏まえ、サイバーセキュリティに係わる事業の企画立案
・ニーズの擦り合わせと並行して、上記システムの構築
・研究開発部門、製品事業部及び他社製品ベンダーと意見、工程等の調整
・組織の内外と協調し、上記に係わるソリューションサービスの構成検討を推進

配属グループは約20名の社員、配属予定の案件チームは現在7名の社員で構成されています。
また、日立製作所社員に加えて、協力会社(約50名)の方々と共に業務を進めていただきます。

基本は在宅勤務ですが、作業内容によっては出社/出張となります。

【必須条件】
(1)情報システムに関する知識・知見
・ネットワーク設計経験のある方(ネットワーク設備 100台規模のシステムをリードした経験がある方)
(2)課題発見力及び企画立案力
・担当業務に対して自主的に課題を抽出でき、その課題にもとづき自ら考え、行動に移し、課題解決ができる方
(3)プロジェクトマネジメント力・コミュニケーション能力
・社内チームメンバー(10名程度)のチームマネージメントができる方
・新しい環境下で、社内外の関係者と積極的にコミュニケーションがとれる方
・プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、課題等の管理が出来る方
・お客様要件定義工程を、リードした経験のある方
(4) 資料作成能力
・お客様提案資料作成経験が5年以上ある方

(5)ピープルマネージャーのご経験
・メンバーの育成・評価・勤怠管理など、管理監督者としてピープルマネジメントの経験を有する方

The Defense Systems Business Unit contributes to building a society where people can live safely and securely, protecting daily life and safety from various situations, by combining technologies that support the defense, aerospace, and security fields with technologies from defense business and Hitachi Group digital solutions.
Information Systems Division 1 is mainly responsible for defense-related fields, providing system proposals, maintenance, and technology development for central government agencies.

**[Businesses, Services, and Products Involved]**
The Network Security Business is an important business area of the Defense Systems Business Unit. It deploys solutions (network systems, security services, related products, etc.) aimed at providing safe and highly reliable network environments mainly to customers related to national security (government agencies, etc.).
In network security operations, we design, build, and provide operational support for communication infrastructure and information networks that require advanced security functions. Through threat analysis in customers' network environments, formulation of countermeasure policies, design and development of secure communication paths, and implementation assurance of encrypted communication and access control, we realize robust network security.
In addition, we provide support for network architecture design and construction, implementation of security training and exercises, and provision of communication protection products utilizing proprietary encryption technologies.
In this position, you will be responsible for proposal, design and development, and operational support to realize secure communication and information protection in cloud-based network environments. Technically, you will be engaged in the development of network security solutions that combine security products and in-house developed applications, including network design and development compliant with security standards such as NIST-SP800 and ISO15408, user authentication, access control, firewalls (FW), intrusion detection systems (IDS), log analysis, malware countermeasures, security operation centers (SOC), and encrypted communication.
