【お仕事の内容】
AI発行・配本事業本部のプロジェクトマネージャー(課長候補)のポジションをプレイング兼任でお任せします。事業本部ではクラウド上に必要なデータを蓄積し、AIによる分析及び推奨値の提供を実施します。エンジニアリングチームでは、ベンダーと協業してシステムの企画、実装、運営を一気通貫で実施頂きます。

・システム実装
・プロジェクト管理(予算、進捗、課題、品質)

[Job description]
You will be entrusted with the position of a project manager (section manager candidate) in the AI publishing and distribution business headquarters. The business headquarters accumulates the necessary data on the cloud, analyzes it by AI, and provides recommended values. The engineering team will collaborate with the vendor to plan, implement, and operate the system all at once.

【必須要件】
・AIシステムにおける開発チームのマネジメント経験(5～10名程度)及びベンダーコントロールの経験
・予算、進捗、課題、品質管理経験
・システム導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・流暢な日本語力
【歓迎要件】
・複数ベンダーが関与するシステム導入プロジェクトのPM経験
・システム導入のコンサルティング経験
[Requirements]
・Development team management experience in AI systems (about 5 to 10 people) and vendor control experience
