PA,FA分野のMESおよびMESとERP、OTシステム(LIMS、SCADA、WMS、AGVなど)との連携を含むMES構築のプロジェクトマネジメントや工場DXを含む提案・上流コンサルフェーズの活動を実施。
所属予定部署の組織構成は現在、20代～60代までの年齢構成で部長を含め約40名が在籍。

【職務概要】
・PAおよびFA分野のお客様の各部門(製造、生産技術、研究他)に対する提案活動
・現場各種データ活用による業務改革に向けた、顧客課題の把握、将来構想や実現ロードマップの策定支援
・システム構築にあたってのプロジェクト管理全般と導入後のアフターサービス対応

【働く環境】
①所属予定部署の組織構成は現在、20代～60代までの年齢構成で部長を含め約40名が在籍。
MESを主担当するグループは2つに分かれており、連携しながら業務をしています。
②顧客先での打合せや現地作業など出張対応は多めですが、部員はフレンドリーでコミュニケーションが活発な職場です。日によって在宅勤務での対応も可能です。

【必須条件】
■PA分野もしくは、FA分野におけるMES階層の製造管理システムや監視システムなどの周辺システムの構築プロジェクトへの参画経験
※素材、化学、食品などPA分野、組み立て加工などのFA分野での経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎いたします
■プロジェクト管理やPM/PLのご経験
■OTレイヤー(LIMS、SCADA、WMS、AGVなど)の知見・スキル
【歓迎条件】
・PMP or 情報処理技術者試験(プロジェクトマネージャ)資格をお持ちの方
・TOEIC600点以上の英語力がある方

【Background of Recruitment】

【Job Summary】
・Proposal activities to customers' departments (manufacturing, production engineering, research, etc.) in the PA and FA fields
・Understanding customer challenges and supporting the formulation of future visions and implementation roadmaps for business transformation through the utilization of various on-site data

【Requirements】
■Experience participating in construction projects for peripheral systems such as manufacturing management systems and monitoring systems at the MES layer in the PA or FA field
※Candidates with experience in PA fields such as materials, chemicals, and food, or FA fields such as assembly and processing, are especially welcome
■Experience in project management or PM/PL roles
■Knowledge and skills in the OT layer (LIMS, SCADA, WMS, AGV, etc.)
【Preferred requirements】
・Holders of PMP or 情報処理技術者試験(Information Processing Technician Examination)(Project Manager)
・English proficiency of TOEIC600点以上 or higher
