・顧客向けのソリューション開発ではなく、セクター8万人超の組織の「経営と業務のOSそのもの」を書き換える仕事です。自社を最初の顧客として変革を実証する立場に立てます。
・企画業務をAIエージェント群が支える体制を整備中です。資料作成や情報収集に追われる働き方から抜け出し、考えることに時間を使う企画職を実践できます。

【募集背景】
生成AIの進化により、企業経営は「人がAIを使う」段階から「AIと人が協働する(Agentic Enterprise)」パラダイムへと移行しています。CIセクターでは、グループ会社を含め8万人を超える規模の組織運営そのものをAI前提で再設計する取り組みを、CDIO直轄で進めています。
この構想を担う戦略企画の中枢を、今回1名限定で外部・社内から迎えます。あわせて、企画業務そのものをAIエージェント群が支える体制づくりにも着手しており、入社後は情報収集や資料化の負荷が大きく下がった環境で、構想と判断に集中していただけます。
役員向けAI活用プログラムの設計・運営、AIエージェント基盤の内製、経営データの構造化など、すでに動いている取り組みの中核に入るポジションです。年齢や肩書きではなく、明確な得意技を持ち、AIを武器に自分の頭で考え抜ける方を募集します。

【必須要件】
(1)下記いずれかのご経験(目安:3年以上):
・事業会社(プライム上場相当)における経営企画・事業企画・IT/DX戦略企画
・コンサルティングファームにおける戦略立案・全社変革プロジェクトの推進
(2)構想やPoCにとどめず、本番実装・定着まで完遂させたプロジェクト推進経験
(3)経営層向けの資料作成・プレゼンテーション・合意形成の実績
(4)生成AIツールを日常業務に自律的に取り入れ、高い生産性を実現していること(「AIならどう解くか」を発想できること)
(5)英語での資料作成・会議対応(TOEIC750点以上目安)

・エンタープライズアーキテクチャ(EA)策定、IT投資管理・KPI設計の経験
・データ基盤・データガバナンスに関する知見
・製造業・OT領域やPhysical AIなど先端領域への強い関心と学習意欲

・個別対応に閉じず、共通化・再利用を前提に設計できる横断設計力
・データ・AI・運用を一体として構成できるアーキテクチャ思考

【求める人物像】※期待行動・コンピテンシー等
[Requirements]
(1) Experience in any of the following (guideline: 3 years or more):
・Business planning, corporate strategy planning, or IT/DX strategy planning at operating companies (equivalent to Prime Market-listed companies)
・Strategy formulation and promotion of company-wide transformation projects at consulting firms
(2) Project promotion experience that brings projects through to production deployment and adoption, not limited to concepts or PoCs
(3) Track record of preparing materials for, presenting to, and building consensus with senior management
(4) Autonomously incorporating generative AI tools into daily work and achieving high productivity (ability to think "how would AI solve this?")
(5) English-language material preparation and meeting participation (guideline: TOEIC750 or higher)
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in enterprise architecture (EA) development, IT investment management, and KPI design
・Knowledge of data platforms and data governance
・Strong interest and willingness to learn in advanced fields such as manufacturing/OT and Physical AI
・Experience using AI agents as work partners and achieving results
・Cross-cutting design ability that is designed for standardization and reuse rather than limited to individual cases
・Architecture thinking that integrates data, AI, and operations
・Management ability to lead and drive diverse stakeholders such as business leaders, BUs, and technical teams
