【お仕事の内容】
SHIFT独自のシステム開発フレームワーク「SHIFT DQS(Development Quality Standard)」とAIエージェントを組み合わせたAI駆動開発により、システムの要件定義からテスト工程に至るまで、開発工程全体にわたっての高い品質と生産性を実現いただきます。
<エンジニアの主な業務内容>
コンサルタントが策定した要件やアーキテクチャに基づくシステム再構築
Devin(AIコーディングツール)との対話による実装/テスト/リリース

Through AI-driven development that combines SHIFT's proprietary system development framework "SHIFT DQS (Development Quality Standard)" with AI agents, you will achieve high quality and productivity across the entire development process, from requirements definition through the testing phase.

System reconstruction based on requirements and architecture developed by consultants
Implementation, testing, and release through dialogue with Devin (AI coding tool)
System design and development based on structural analysis of legacy assets
Support for requirements gathering and prototyping with clients

【必須要件】
Webアプリケーションまたは基幹系システム開発における、要件定義や基本設計などの上流工程の経験
上流工程でお客様と要件や仕様を議論して合意形成を図った経験
3名以上のチームのリーダーとして成果物レビューと取りまとめを行った経験
※開発言語は問いません。COBOLやVB.NETなどレガシー言語のご経験でも問題ありません。
