仕事内容Job description You will be in charge of localization QA (LQA) work in the entertainment field.
This position is not simply a translation check. Rather, you will play a role in supporting quality improvement as a member of the team, with the goal of delivering a game experience that is natural and enjoyable for overseas users without any sense of incongruity.
As a member of the localization team, you will check whether the localized content in pre-release games and apps is accurate and easy to understand, and whether it suits each language and culture.
Working toward the shared goal of quality improvement, you will proceed with your work in coordination with other testers and leaders, and depending on the project, in cooperation with clients as well.
・Game localization QA work
-Playtesting of games and apps localized from Japanese into each supported language
-Checking translated content
(accuracy of meaning / naturalness / grammar and spelling / terminology consistency / layout)
-Comparison and review of the original text (Japanese) against the localized text
-Identifying defects and reporting them using internal tools
-Suggesting improvements to translated expressions
※ Depending on the project, you may also be asked to perform simple debugging tasks.

応募資格Requirement - Native-level proficiency in any of the following languages:
- English / Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Basic PC skills (text input, file operations, basic Excel operations, etc.)
- Valid residence status that allows you to work in Japan (able to work full-time, five days a week)
- Able to work on-site at the Kyoto or Tokyo office (remote work not available)
