With a view to listing on NASDAQ in the United States, the company is developing the business mainly in the United States and other countries as well. The head office is in Tokyo and remote work is also possible.
[About the product]
The company provides apps (iOS, Android) that collect virtual currency just by shopping in 160 countries around the world, and they have more than 1800 partners on major EC sites in each country such as Walmart, BestBuy, eBay. This Japanese version will be released in partnership with a major Japanese company. They plan to partner with retailers around the world to create an economic zone like the "global version of T Point." Therefore, the company is aiming to become the world's No. 1 smartphone app in terms of the number of users (currently 300,000 users). |

グローバルアプリ事業の開発部長候補として下記業務を行います。
・バックエンドアプリシステム設計、開発、ロールアウト、運用
・リーダーとして多様な文化的背景を持つエンジニアチームのマネジメント
・経営メンバーとして事業部と協働してロードマップを作成
・他のエンジニアの設計・実装レビュー
・アーキテクチャ、デザイン、スケーラビリティ、パフォーマンスに関する問題解決
・CI/CDを用いた自動化による開発効率の向上 等
[Job Description]
As a development manager of the global application business, you will work for the following roles.
・Backend application system design, development, rollout, operation
・Management of a team of engineers with diverse cultural backgrounds as a leader
・Creating a roadmap in collaboration with business divisions as a management member
・Design and implementation review by other engineers
・Problem solving on architecture, design, scalability and performance
・Improve development efficiency through automation using CI/CD, etc. |
