(3)FA・ロボティクス…研究開発から製作、工程設計はもちろん、さまざまな評価、品質管理に至るまで、トータルエンジニアリングのノウハウを豊富に持つのが、大きな強みです。

(5)CAD技術支援…3次元CADシステムや構造解析システムの技術者育成からコンサルティグ、さらに3次元CADのモデリング作業から解析業務の請負作業を行います。自社でCADライセンスを保有していることにより実現できる当社の技術支援サービスです。

They provide design, development, and production technology solutions across a wide range of industries, including automotive manufacturers, aerospace, and more.
(1) Automotive: Their major strength lies in being able to support all phases, from product design to production preparation and system development. They also handle the production of fixtures for prototype evaluations and mass production equipment. By leveraging this integrated system, they undertake comprehensive vehicle planning, from basic design to line setup, with a smooth implementation of Concurrent Engineering (CE) to efficiently support the entire process.
(2) Aerospace: Nagoya, alongside Tokyo, serves as a major hub for the aerospace industry, with the majority of aircraft and space rockets being produced here. Their staff are involved in research and development from the early stages of development projects, and during satellite launches, employees participate in final inspections at the Tanegashima launch site.
(3) FA & Robotics: Their major strength is their extensive know-how in total engineering, ranging from research and development to production, process design, and various evaluations and quality control.
(4) Electronics: Leveraging a wealth of experience across a variety of projects, they can meet needs across a broad spectrum of industries. In addition to circuit design and software development, they engage in system development from component technology exploration, specification design, prototype trials, and mass production, covering both hardware and software development and overall project management.
(5) CAD Technology Support: They provide technical support services, including training for 3D CAD systems and structural analysis systems, consulting, and contracting for 3D CAD modeling and analysis tasks. 【お仕事の内容】

・自動化・省人化の実現に向け、車両の塗装・溶接・電子部品生産・計測設備など、各種生産設備の開発・改造(既存設備:約7割/新規設備:約3割)に携わります。
・盤設計、ハード設計、PLC・画面・サーボ・ロボットプログラムなど、設備制御の構想～調整まで一貫して担当いただきます。
※月1〜2回程度、県内顧客への2〜3日間の短期出張が発生する可能性があります。
※変更の範囲:会社の定める業務

・To realize automation and labor savings, you will be involved in the development and modification of various production equipment, such as vehicle painting, welding, electronic component production, and measurement equipment (existing equipment: approx. 7割 / new equipment: approx. 3割).
・You will be responsible end-to-end for equipment control, from concept through adjustment, including panel design, hardware design, and PLC, screen, servo, and robot programming.
※Short-term business trips of 2–3 days to customers within the prefecture may occur approximately 1–2 times per month.

【必須要件】
・PLCのソフト設計及び電気制御設計におけるマネジメント経験(2名以上のメンバー管理経験)
・設備RA、制御カテゴリ、ISO規格などの知識がある方
【歓迎要件】
・現場管理(作業責任者)の実務経験がある方
・PLCの現地調整工事の経験
・Management experience in PLC software design and electrical control design (experience managing 2 or more team members)
・Knowledge of equipment RA, control categories, ISO standards, and the like
