【お仕事の内容】
国内外でグローバルに展開する大手企業を中心に、以下の支援を行います。
・TMS導入に関する上流コンサルティング
・TMS導入後の顧客サポート
・財務業務のアウトソーシング支援、業務標準化・効率化の提案
・海外ベンダーとのやり取り・調整業務
※ 海外ベンダーのTMS製品を活用したコンサルティングです(自社製品ではありません)

We provide the following support mainly to large companies that operate globally, both in Japan and overseas.
・Upstream consulting on TMS implementation
・Customer support after TMS implementation
・Support for outsourcing of finance operations, and proposals for business standardization and efficiency improvement
・Communication and coordination with overseas vendors
※ This is consulting that utilizes TMS products from overseas vendors (not our own products) |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・ITシステム導入、もしくはITシステム開発経験2年以上をお持ちの方
・英語でのメールコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方(実務経験不問)
【歓迎要件】
・顧客提案や顧客折衝経験を有する方
・課題解決を主体的に推進したご経験を有する方
・財務会計領域の資格や学習経験を有する方
・日常会話以上の英語力を有する方(実務経験不問)
・Experience in IT system implementation, or IT system development experience of 2 years or more
・Comfortable with email communication in English (no work experience required)
・Experience in customer proposals or customer negotiations
・Experience proactively driving problem-solving initiatives
・Qualifications or study experience in the financial accounting field
・English ability beyond daily conversation level (no work experience required) |

【給与】
想定年収:500万円〜650万円
・月給357,143円(基本給288,812+固定残業代68,331)～
・固定残業時間30時間
・採用時に理論年収額(想定)を定め、14分割(月給12賞与2)して支給
・月給総額は想定年収額を14分割をした金額を基本給+固定残業代とし計算(管理監督者クラスは14分割した金額が基本給)
・賞与額は年2回～3回
・昇給・昇格:年1回/7月 (※管理監督者クラス以下の入社3年未満は年2回/7月、1月)

[Salary]
Expected annual salary: 5,000,000 yen to 6,500,000 yen
・Monthly salary 357,143 yen (base salary 288,812 + fixed overtime allowance 68,331) ~
・Fixed overtime hours: 30 hours
・At hiring, the expected annual theoretical salary is set and paid in 14 installments (12 monthly salaries + 2 bonuses)
・Total monthly salary is calculated by dividing the expected annual salary by 14, with base salary + fixed overtime allowance (for managerial/supervisory level, the amount divided by 14 is the base salary)
・Bonus amount: 2 to 3 times per year
・Salary increases and promotions: once a year in July (*For employees below managerial/supervisory level with less than 3 years of service, twice a year in July and January)
