【お仕事の内容】
国内外でグローバルに展開する大手企業を中心に、以下の支援を行います。
・TMS導入に関する上流コンサルティング
・TMS導入後の顧客サポート
・財務業務のアウトソーシング支援、業務標準化・効率化の提案
・海外ベンダーとのやり取り
英語でのメールのやり取り:毎日
英語での電話会議:多い人の場合は毎日、最低でも週1回 案件ごとに変動
※ 海外ベンダーのTMS製品を活用したコンサルティングです(自社製品ではありません)

We provide the following support mainly to large companies expanding globally, both in Japan and overseas.
・Upstream consulting on TMS implementation
・Customer support after TMS implementation
・Support for outsourcing of finance operations, and proposals for business standardization and efficiency improvement
・Communication with overseas vendors
English email correspondence: daily
English conference calls: daily for some people, at least once a week; varies by project

【必須要件】
・ITコンサルティングファーム、SIer等にて合計5年以上の実務経験を積まれている方
・プロジェクトリードやチームマネジメントの経験を有する方(年数、規模、領域不問)
・事業責任者やマネージャーとしてのキャリアを今後志向されている方
・英語を用いたコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方
【歓迎要件】
・プロジェクトやチームの最終責任者としてのご経験をお持ちの方
・財務会計領域の資格や学習経験を有する方
・ビジネスレベルで英語を活用できる実務経験を有する方
・Candidates with a combined total of 5 or more years of practical experience at IT consulting firms, SIers, and similar companies
・Candidates with experience in project leadership or team management (years, scale, and domain not restricted)
・Candidates who aspire to a future career as a business unit leader or manager
・Candidates who are comfortable communicating in English

想定年収:700万円〜1,000万円
・月給500,000円(基本給404,337+固定残業代95,663)～
・固定残業時間30時間
・採用時に理論年収額(想定)を定め、14分割(月給12賞与2)して支給
・月給総額は想定年収額を14分割をした金額を基本給+固定残業代とし計算(管理監督者クラスは14分割した金額が基本給)
・賞与額は年2回～3回
・昇給・昇格:年1回/7月 (※管理監督者クラス以下の入社3年未満は年2回/7月、1月)

[Salary]
Expected annual salary: 7,000,000 yen to 10,000,000 yen
・Monthly salary 500,000 yen (base salary 404,337 yen + fixed overtime allowance 95,663 yen) ~
・Fixed overtime hours: 30 hours
・At hiring, the expected theoretical annual income is set and paid in 14 installments (12 monthly salaries + 2 bonuses)
・The total monthly salary is calculated by dividing the expected annual salary by 14, with the result treated as base salary + fixed overtime allowance (for managerial/supervisory-level employees, the amount divided by 14 is the base salary)
・Bonuses: 2 to 3 times per year
・Salary increases and promotions: once a year in July (*For employees below managerial/supervisory level with less than 3 years of service, twice a year in July and January)
