【お仕事の内容】
樹脂製品の開発・設計・試作業務 における下記の業務を担当していただきます
1.開発業務
1)国内外メーカーの冷却配管受注における樹脂製品の新規開発(自主開発)
2)非自動車系の樹脂冷却配管の製品仕様検討、製品設計業務
2.設計業務
1)燃料配管の継続受注のため、VA/VEを取り入れた仕様検討および製品設計業務
2)クイックコネクターの改良設計及び新機構コネクターの開発
3)樹脂配管の新規工法開発(長尺曲げ、中間スプール、圧入)
4)試作工法の改善と新工法の開発
5)試作・補用品の製作と検査、納入の実施
6)試作・補用品の生産管理システムの改善
※配属は経験を考慮のうえ、選考後に決定いたします
You will be in charge of the following tasks in resin product development, design, and prototyping.
1. Development
1) New development (in-house development) of resin products for cooling piping orders from domestic and overseas manufacturers
2) Product specification review and product design for resin cooling piping for non-automotive applications
2. Design
1) Specification review and product design incorporating VA/VE for continuous orders of fuel piping
2) Improvement design of quick connectors and development of new mechanism connectors
3) Development of new resin piping construction methods (long-length bending, intermediate spool, press-fitting)
4) Improvement of prototyping methods and development of new construction methods
5) Manufacturing, inspection, and delivery of prototypes and replacement parts
6) Improvement of the production management system for prototypes and replacement parts
*Placement will be determined after selection, taking experience into consideration. |
