【お仕事の内容】
AIエージェントソリューション開発エンジニアとして、生成AI・LLMを活用した
AIエージェントの設計・実装をリードいただきます。
「研究レベルの先端技術」を「実際の現場で使われるシステム」に落とし込む、
技術実装の中核を担うポジションです。
【【担当いただく技術領域】】
・AIエージェント/LLMアプリケーション開発
LLM(Claude、GPT、Gemini等)を活用したAIエージェントの設計・実装。
TypeScript環境では Mastra、Python環境では LangChain / LangGraph 等の
フレームワークを活用し、ReAct、Tool Use、Multi-Agent、MCPなどの
エージェント設計パターンを用いた業務自動化・意思決定支援
ソリューションを開発します。
・RAG・ナレッジ基盤の構築
検索拡張生成(RAG)システムの設計・実装。
ベクトル検索、ハイブリッド検索、メタデータフィルタリング、
評価・チューニングまでを含む、信頼性の高いRAG基盤の構築。
・ワークフロー自動化・ツール連携
外部API・SaaS・社内システムとのツール連携設計。
エージェントが実業務を遂行するための認可・ガードレール・
監査ログ設計を含む、本番運用可能なワークフローの構築。
・LLMOps・評価基盤の構築
LLMOpsパイプライン、観測性(Langfuse等)、評価(LLM-as-a-Judge、
オフライン評価、A/Bテスト)の設計・実装。
As an AI Agent Solution Development Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of AI agents utilizing generative AI and LLMs.
This is a position at the core of technical implementation, turning "research-level cutting-edge technology" into "systems used in real-world settings."
[[Technical areas you will be responsible for]]
・AI Agent / LLM Application Development
Design and implementation of AI agents utilizing LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.).
In TypeScript environments, you will use frameworks such as Mastra, and in Python environments, LangChain / LangGraph, etc., to develop solutions for business automation and decision-support using agent design patterns such as ReAct, Tool Use, Multi-Agent, and MCP.
・RAG / Knowledge Infrastructure Construction
Design and implementation of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
Building reliable RAG infrastructure, including vector search, hybrid search, metadata filtering, and evaluation and tuning.
・Workflow Automation and Tool Integration
Design of tool integrations with external APIs, SaaS, and internal systems.
Construction of production-ready workflows, including authorization, guardrail, and audit log design so that agents can carry out actual business tasks.
・LLMOps / Evaluation Infrastructure Construction
Design and implementation of LLMOps pipelines, observability (Langfuse, etc.), and evaluation (LLM-as-a-Judge, offline evaluation, A/B testing). |
