【お仕事の内容】
AIエージェントアプリケーション開発エンジニアとして、顧客の特定業務に
特化したAIアプリを、フロントエンドからバックエンドまでフルスタックで
開発いただきます。
要件のヒアリングから、UI設計、API実装、LLM統合、デプロイ、運用まで、
「顧客が実業務で使い続けるAIアプリ」を作り切ることに責任を持つ、
顧客接点の最前線を担うポジションです。
【【担当いただく技術領域】】
・AIエージェントアプリケーションのフロントエンド開発
TypeScript / React / Next.js 等を用いた、AIエージェント対話UI、
ダッシュボード、業務画面の設計・実装。
LLMストリーミング表示(Server-Sent Events)、リアルタイム更新、
ユーザー体験を最適化するインタラクション設計。
・バックエンドAPI・統合レイヤーの開発
Node.js / TypeScript等を用いた、LLM統合API、業務ロジック、
認証・認可、外部システム連携の実装。
TypeScript環境では Mastra、Python環境では LangChain / LangGraph 等の
フレームワークを活用し、本番運用可能なAIエージェント機能を構築します。
・業務要件の理解とソリューションへの反映
顧客の業務フロー、エンドユーザーの使い方を深く理解し、
AIアプリケーションのUI/UX・機能設計に反映します。
ソリューション開発エンジニアと連携しながら、
基盤から業務画面までを一貫して構築します。
・本番運用・改善サイクルの実行
デプロイ、運用監視、利用状況分析、改善提案までを担当。
顧客と一緒にアプリを育てていくことに責任を持ちます。
As an AI Agent Application Development Engineer, you will develop AI applications specialized for specific customer operations, full-stack from front end to back end,
You will be responsible for building "AI applications that customers continue to use in their actual operations," covering everything from requirements gathering, UI design, API implementation, LLM integration, and deployment to operations,
This is a position at the forefront of customer contact.

- Front-end development for AI agent applications
Design and implementation of AI agent chat UIs, dashboards, and operational screens using TypeScript / React / Next.js, etc.,
Streaming display of LLM output (Server-Sent Events), real-time updates,
Interaction design that optimizes user experience.
- Development of back-end APIs and integration layers
Implementation of LLM integration APIs, business logic, authentication and authorization, and external system integration using Node.js / TypeScript, etc.,
Building production-ready AI agent functionality using frameworks such as Mastra in TypeScript environments and LangChain / LangGraph in Python environments.
- Understanding business requirements and reflecting them in solutions
Deeply understanding customers' business flows and how end users work, and reflecting them in the UI/UX and functional design of AI applications.
Building consistently from the foundation to operational screens in collaboration with solution development engineers.
- Executing production operation and improvement cycles
Responsible for deployment, operational monitoring, usage analysis, and improvement proposals.
