AIソリューションアーキテクトとして、顧客の経営課題をAIで解決する
一連のプロセスをリードいただきます。
技術的専門性とビジネス理解を兼ね備え、顧客との関係構築から
プロジェクトの上流設計まで、ソリューション実現の要となるポジションです。

・課題発見・構想策定
顧客経営層・事業責任者との対話を通じて、
AI適用領域と事業インパクトを定義します。
・ソリューション設計
社内のAI/ML専門家やエンジニアと協働しながら、
AI技術選定、データ戦略、システムアーキテクチャ、KPI設計など、
プロジェクトの上流設計をリードします。
・プロジェクト推進
社内の研究者・エンジニア、顧客サイドの事業部門・情シス、
外部パートナーとの連携をリードします。

As an AI Solution Architect, you will lead the full process of solving customers' business challenges with AI.
This is a key position in realizing solutions, combining technical expertise with business understanding, and spanning from building customer relationships to upstream project design.
【【Four phases you will be responsible for】】
・Problem discovery and concept development
Through dialogue with customer executives and business leaders, you will define AI application areas and business impact.
・Solution design
While collaborating with internal AI/ML specialists and engineers, you will lead upstream project design, including AI technology selection, data strategy, system architecture, and KPI design.
・Project promotion
You will lead collaboration with internal researchers and engineers, customer-side business units and IT departments (情シス), and external partners.
・Business impact verification
You will be responsible for post-deployment effect measurement, operational adoption, and proposing next phases. |

・AI開発またはシステム開発プロジェクトにおける上流工程
(要件定義・プロジェクト計画策定・ステークホルダー調整)の
企画・推進リード経験(3年以上)
・以下いずれかの領域における技術選定・アーキテクチャ設計の知識・経験
- ITシステムアーキテクチャ(クラウド環境を含む)
- AI/機械学習/データ分析
・顧客経営層または事業部門責任者に対する、
提案・折衝・合意形成の経験
・お客様の課題解決に強い熱意を持ち、解決まで責任感を持って
主体的に取り組んだ経験
・データに基づいた意思決定ができ、数的分析および論理的思考を得意とする方

- Experience leading planning and promotion of upstream processes (requirements definition, project planning, stakeholder coordination) in AI development or system development projects (3+ years)
- Knowledge and experience in technology selection and architecture design in either of the following areas:
- IT system architecture (including cloud environments)
- AI / machine learning / data analysis
- Experience in proposals, negotiations, and consensus-building with customer executives or business division heads
- Strong passion for solving customers' challenges, with experience taking ownership and acting proactively through to resolution
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, with strengths in quantitative analysis and logical thinking
- High communication skills to organize complex matters clearly and convey them accurately
