東大発スタートアップの同社はオルタナティブデータ(今まで利活用の進んでいないビッグデータ)を用いた分析サービスを提供する会社です。国内のデータホルダー(パートナーシップを組んでデータを提供いただいている企業様)から集めたオルタナティブデータを加工・分析し、SaaSプロダクトとして展開しています。まだ30名弱の組織ですが、POSデータ、クレカデータ、ポイントカードデータ、位置情報データといった様々なオルタナティブデータから得られたインサイトを、海外の機関投資家から国内の官公庁、事業会社まで幅広い顧客に提供しています。

[Company Profile]
This is a company that provides analysis services using alternative data (big data that has not been utilized until now). They process and analyze alternative data collected from domestic data holders (companies that provide data in partnership) and develop it as a SaaS product. Although they are still an organization with less than 30 people, they are providing insights obtained from various alternative data such as POS data, credit card data, point card data, and location information data to a wide range of customers, from overseas institutional investors to domestic government agencies and business companies.

【お仕事の内容】
本ポジションでは事業の垂直拡大に伴うデータ基盤ソリューションチームの立ち上げをお任せします。SaaSプロダクトの顧客が更にデータを深く分析できるよう、顧客と伴奏しながらデータ基盤構築やデータ分析を行います。
・機関投資家の投資分析用のデータ基盤の構築および分析支援。
・事業会社のCDPやデータ分析基盤などの開発および分析支援。
・ソリューション開発で培ったノウハウの汎用化、プロダクト展開
[Job description]
In this position, they will entrust you with the launch of the data infrastructure solution team accompanying the vertical expansion of the business. In order for the customer of the SaaS product to analyze the data more deeply, they will build the data infrastructure and analyze the data while accompanying the customer.
・Construction of data infrastructure for investment analysis of institutional investors and analysis support.
・Development and analysis support for CDP and data analysis infrastructure for operating companies.
・Generalization of know-how cultivated in solution development and product development |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:流暢
・Webアプリケーションやデータ分析基盤の開発経験5年以上
・5名以上のチームでPMとして要件定義、設計、テスト、進捗管理などの一連の業務を行った経験

・データ分析基盤や機械学習プロジェクトのPM経験

[Requirements]
・Required Japanese Ability: Fluent
・More than 5 years of experience in developing web applications and data analysis platforms
・Experience performing a series of tasks such as requirements definition, design, testing, and progress management as a PM in a team of 5 or more people
