[Company Profile]
This is a company that provides analysis services using alternative data (big data that has not been utilized until now). They process and analyze alternative data collected from domestic data holders (companies that provide data in partnership) and develop it as a SaaS product. Although they are still an organization with less than 30 people, they are providing insights obtained from various alternative data such as POS data, credit card data, point card data, and location information data to a wide range of customers, from overseas institutional investors to domestic government agencies and business companies.

仕事内容Job description [Job description]
In this position, you will be in charge of all operations such as data collection, analysis infrastructure construction, cleansing, enrichment, and customer provision related to alternative data service operation.
Depending on the assigned project, it is possible to be involved in various tasks such as API development, BI environment construction, and reporting for customers.
・Design, construction, and operation of data infrastructure using modern data stacks such as Snowflake and dbt
・Design, construction, and operation of data pipelines for analysis services for institutional investors and government agencies
・Web application design, construction, and operation for large-scale data cleansing
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・Required Japanese Ability: Business(At least N2 Level)
Team Lead Management
・Experience leading a team of 4 to 8 data engineers
・Be able to face not only technical issues but also business and organizational issues
・Able to cooperate well not only with members of one's team but also with members outside the team to promote work
Data Engineering
・Design and build ETL pipelines for big data
・Experience with managed data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery
・Experience in development using general-purpose languages such as Python/Go/Java
Infrastructure management
・Use IaC tools such as Terraform to build and manage public cloud resources such as AWS
・Development experience using container technology such as Docker

[Preferred requirements]
・Data modeling and table design based on normalization / dimensional modeling / other guidelines
・Able to design, implement, and operate the mechanisms necessary to maintain data quality, such as data testing and ETL job monitoring.
・Create a state that can be analyzed by performing name identification, anonymization, mastering, cleansing, etc. on unprocessed big data
・Experience using Python, AWS, Snowflake, dbt
・Experience in developing server-side web applications
・Knowledge of DevOps and security
・English proficiency at daily conversation level
・Experience managing a team of 2 to 5 people or more and achieving results as a team rather than as an individual
