As one of the few operators holding permission to install EV infrastructure on expressways, it is promoting the construction of social infrastructure that supports the spread of EVs in Japan.

The company also has EV Construction株式会社, its in-house construction company, and has built a structure that allows everything from construction to operation to be completed within the group. It has raised a cumulative total of approximately 20 billion yen in funding and has also achieved profitability, making it a growing company.
仕事内容Job description Terra Charge continues to grow its business in the rapidly expanding EV infrastructure market. As the business expands, strengthening our recruiting capability is our top priority. We are looking for a "Recruiter" to take on a central role in this effort.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will join the HR team in a position that leads everything from the upstream stages through to execution of initiatives, with a focus on building the candidate pool.
応募資格Requirement ・Two years or more of experience at a dual-sided recruitment agency (両面型人材紹介会社)
・Hands-on recruiting experience at a business company
・Experience supporting candidate pool building at RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

[Preferred requirements]
* Experience operating direct recruiting (e.g., ビズリーチ, AMBI, doda, リクルートダイレクトスカウト, etc.)
* Experience planning and operating new graduate recruitment
* Experience planning recruitment PR (SNS, note, events, etc.)
* Experience analyzing recruitment data and managing KPIs
* Work experience at a venture or startup
* Corporate sales experience
* Those who want to think about recruitment from the perspective of how to grow the business, not just the number of hires
* Those who get excited about rebuilding systems rather than running established processes
* Those who want to move quickly while discussing directly with management
* Those who want to take on the challenge of being on the hiring side at a business company, leveraging their recruitment agency experience
* Those who want to contribute their own expertise to solving social issues such as decarbonization and EVs
