Under the mission of "Energy for all people and EVs," the company operates an EV charging infrastructure business. It provides an integrated range of services, from proposing EV charger installation and carrying out installation work to operation and maintenance, leasing, and development and provision of its own app.
After entering the EV charging business in 2022, the company achieved the installation of approximately 35,000 accounts EV chargers, one of the top-class figures in Japan. 私たちTerra Chargeは、EV充電インフラの構築を通じて、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に挑むスタートアップです。全国の自動車販売店や整備工場と連携しながら、EV充電設備の導入を加速させています!
その中で、ある“共通の課題”が見えてきました。
それは 整備士の離職理由の多くが「職場に空調がないこと」 という現実。
この課題を本質的に解決するため、私たちはEV充電器の設置工事だけでなく、整備工場の空調設備工事にも踏み込んでいく、新たな事業に挑戦しています。
今回募集するのは、この新事業の管工事部門を担う中核人材です。

EV充電設備および自動車整備工場の空調・給排水設備等の管工事全般の施工管理をお任せします。
ゆくゆくは空調設備工事領域のリーダーとして、新事業の基盤づくりにも携わっていただきます。
工事案件の設計確認・見積・原価管理
空調・給排水設備工事の施工体制構築(協力会社との連携)
現場管理・進行スケジュールの調整
クライアント対応(主に自動車ディーラー、整備工場)
施工図作成(設計段階から関与)
社内報告資料・各種工事書類の作成(※資料作成専任チームあり)
We are Terra Charge, a startup working toward a carbon-neutral society by building EV charging infrastructure. In partnership with automobile dealerships and maintenance shops nationwide, we are accelerating the introduction of EV charging equipment!
Through this work, we have identified a "common challenge."
It is the reality that the main reason mechanics leave their jobs is "no air conditioning in the workplace."
To fundamentally solve this challenge, we are taking on a new business that goes beyond EV charger installation work to also include air conditioning equipment construction for maintenance shops.
We are now recruiting the core personnel who will lead the plumbing works division of this new business.
"I want to use my qualifications and field experience to do more meaningful work."
We are waiting for someone with this kind of aspiration.
You will be responsible for construction management of plumbing works in general, including EV charging equipment and air conditioning and water supply/drainage equipment in automobile maintenance shops.
In the future, you will also take part in building the foundation of the new business as a leader in the air conditioning equipment construction area.
Design review, estimating, and cost management for construction projects
Building the construction system for air conditioning and water supply/drainage equipment works (coordination with partner companies)
Site management and schedule coordination
Client response (mainly automobile dealers and maintenance shops)
Preparation of construction drawings (involvement from the design stage)
Preparation of internal reports and various construction documents (*A dedicated document preparation team is in place) |

【必須要件】

・二級管工事施工管理技士以上
・空調工事のご経験 2年以上
※上記両方に当てはまる方は優遇いたします

Any of the following
・二級管工事施工管理技士以上 (or higher)
・Experience in air-conditioning construction work: 2 years or more
