Founded in 2016, we are a joint venture between a major financial group company and a management consulting company, specializing in analytics and AI.
We conduct research and development on new technologies such as the use of artificial intelligence, and work to provide a wide range of solutions across various fields, starting with finance.

You will be involved in building and implementing SaaS-type services and AI, as well as developing the infrastructure to run and operate them.
The demand for system infrastructure to maximize the results of data analysis and AI, which is also our business area, and for systematizing AI models is accelerating, and that demand will expand significantly.
In particular, AI is often treated as a black box, so in addition to its accuracy, requirements include processing speed, maintainability and operability, testing perspectives, and feasibility as a system beyond the AI mechanism itself. データ分析、AIを活用したコンサルティングサービスの専門企業の当社にて、様々な業界の課題(リスク管理/収益モデル構築)に対し、データ分析を用いたコンサルティングとAIモデル構築を行っていただきます。
モデリングの方法/特徴/使用アルゴリズムを理解し、クレンジング・チューニングの知識を活かしてデータの最適化、目的に応じた統計解析を実施し、最新アナリティクスのビジネス転用で顧客の事業推進を支援していきます。※ハイクラス案件(高額受注)が中心です。
At our company, a specialist firm in data analytics and AI-powered consulting services, you will provide data analysis-based consulting and build AI models to address challenges across various industries (risk management / revenue model development).
You will understand modeling methods, characteristics, and algorithms used, leverage your knowledge of data cleansing and tuning to optimize data and carry out statistical analysis tailored to purposes, and support clients' business growth by applying the latest analytics to business practice. *Primarily high-end projects (high-value contracts). |

【必須要件】
・Python・SQL等を用いてAIやデータ分析を行った経験
・理系大学・大学院出身者(情報学・数学専攻、等)
【歓迎要件】
・経営・業務コンサルタントの経験
・データコンペ(Kaggleなど)に参加したことある方
・英語スキル
・特定業種に対する深いドメイン知識/専門性
・BIツール等を使用したデータ分析の経験
・Experience performing AI and data analysis using Python, SQL, etc.
・Graduate of a science or engineering university or graduate school (e.g., majoring in informatics or mathematics)
・Experience as a management or business consultant
・Experience participating in data competitions (such as Kaggle)
・English skills
・Deep domain knowledge / expertise in a specific industry
・Experience in data analysis using BI tools, etc. |

勤務時間 :専門業務型裁量労働制(原則) / 出勤と退勤の時刻や1日の就業時間を自由に調整できますので、柔軟な働き方が可能です。 / ※この職種は原則オフィス出社中心の勤務となりますが、週1回程度のリモートワークなど相談可能です。
