Founded in 2016, we are a joint venture between a major financial group company and a management consulting company, specializing in analytics and AI.
We conduct research and development on new technologies such as the use of artificial intelligence, and work to provide a wide range of solutions across various fields, starting with finance.
■Mission
You will be involved in building and implementing SaaS-type services and AI, as well as developing the infrastructure to run and operate them.
The demand for system infrastructure to maximize the results of data analysis and AI, which is also our business area, and for systematizing AI models is accelerating, and that demand will expand significantly.
In particular, AI is often treated as a black box, so in addition to its accuracy, requirements include processing speed, maintainability and operability, testing perspectives, and feasibility as a system beyond the AI mechanism itself.  応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
データ分析とコンサルティングのプロジェクト責任者の経験(2つ以上)
* 機械学習技術を用いたデータ分析の一連業務の経験(複数)
* 統計解析/機械学習技術に関する知識
* Python(またはR)・SQLのプログラミングスキル
* ビジネス基礎スキル(プレゼンテーション/資料作成/ロジカルシンキング、等)
【歓迎要件】
* 英語スキル
* 特定業種に対する深いドメイン知識/専門性
* BIツール等を使用したデータ分析の経験
* 基本情報処理技術者程度のIT知識
Experience as project lead in data analysis and consulting (2 or more)
* Experience in the full range of data analysis work using machine learning techniques (multiple)
* Knowledge of statistical analysis / machine learning techniques
* Programming skills in Python (or R) and SQL
* Basic business skills (presentation / document creation / logical thinking, etc.)
[Preferred requirements]
* English skills
* Deep domain knowledge / expertise in specific industries
* Experience in data analysis using BI tools, etc.
* IT knowledge at the level of the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination |
