これまで5年連続で採択された経済産業省の実証事業などを通じて先端的なシステムを構築・運用しており、2023年5月には国内最多の家庭用蓄電池メーカーとの協業によるVPPサービスを実現して東京ガスに採用され、2023年12月には大手エネルギー会社8社との共同実証に着手して早期の商用化を目指しています。
Under the vision of "Harmonizing New Energy and Power Systems," we are working toward a society where disaster-resilient, economical, and decarbonized energy can be used, by controlling new energy equipment such as EVs, storage batteries, and renewable energy generation facilities.
Among these efforts, we build and operate Virtual Power Plants (VPP), which use IoT/AI technology to remotely control thousands to tens of thousands of distributed energy devices so that they behave as a single power plant, and we aim to reach revenue of 10 billion yen by 2030.
Through Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry demonstration projects adopted for 5 consecutive years, among others, we have built and operated advanced systems. In May 2023, we realized a VPP service through collaboration with the largest home storage battery manufacturer in Japan, and it was adopted by Tokyo Gas. In December 2023, we began joint demonstration with 8 major energy companies and aim for early commercialization. |

「Shizen Connect」の機能開発や料金設定などプロダクトマネジメント全般に取り組んでいただける方を募集します。製品開発および、新製品導入プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントや、既存クライアントからの要望のヒアリングや機能修正などにもエンジニア部門、オペレーションチームと協力しながら対応いただきます。
・プロダクトの機能、マーケティングなどに関わる全体戦略の策定
・開発工程、製品開発のプロジェクトマネジメント
・運用プロダクトに関する分析、顧客レポート作成
・PoCサポートや機能に関わるQ&A対応
We are looking for someone to take on overall product management for "Shizen Connect," including feature development and pricing decisions. You will handle product development and project management for new product launch projects, and, in cooperation with the engineering department and the operations team, you will also respond to requests from existing clients, such as gathering requirements and making feature modifications.
・Formulating overall strategy for product features, marketing, and related areas
・Development process and product development project management
・Analysis of operating products and creation of customer reports
・PoC support and Q&A handling related to features |

* 不確実性の高い領域で、 仕様・スコープ・優先順位の意思決定に関与した経験
* ハード制約を伴うプロダクト/システムの経験 (エネルギー、蓄電池、IoT、産業機器、通信 等)
* エンジニアと制約条件・仕様について会話できる技術理解
※PdM肩書の有無は問いません
【歓迎要件】
* BtoBまたはBtoBtoCプロダクト経験
* 需要併設蓄電池/DR/需給調整市場の知見
* PoCや新規事業で中止・撤退判断に関わった経験
* SI、EMS、電力・エネルギー関連企業での実務経験
・デジタルや再エネなどの最新技術が世界を変革していくことにワクワクできる方
・課題を自ら発見し、能動的に周囲を巻き込みながら、かつ細部にこだわり解決できる方
・人と接し、新しいことを考え、実現していくことが楽しい方
* Experience being involved in decisions on specifications, scope, and prioritization in highly uncertain areas
* Experience with products/systems involving hard constraints (energy, storage batteries, IoT, industrial equipment, telecommunications, etc.)
* Technical understanding that allows you to discuss constraints and specifications with engineers
*Holding a PdM title is not a requirement.
[Preferred requirements]
* Experience with BtoB or BtoBtoC products
* Knowledge of demand-side storage batteries, DR, and demand-supply adjustment markets
* Experience being involved in decisions to discontinue or withdraw from PoCs or new business initiatives
* Practical experience at SIs, EMS, or companies in the power and energy sector
