【お仕事の内容】
あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、3Dデザイナー(エフェクト)業務のお仕事になります。
スマートフォン、コンシューマー、PCなどのゲーム開発・運営にエフェクトを主に担当頂きます。
・ゲームのエフェクト制作
└攻撃(打撃、斬撃、突撃など)
└バフ、デバフ(強化、弱体など)
└状態異常(毒、混乱など)
└背景(吹雪、火山など)
└演出(必殺技、勝利、敗北、ガチャ、エンディングなど)
└UI(バトル、アイテム、キャラなど)
・実装データの最適化作業・外部もしくは他セクションとの折衝
・その他付随する業務
※上記全てではなく、これまで実績や適性に合わせていずれかの業務を担当頂きます。

The job you will be entrusted with is 3D Designer (Effects) work.
You will mainly be in charge of effects for game development and operation on smartphone, console, PC, and other platforms.
・Creating game effects
└Attacks (strikes, slashes, charges, etc.)
└Buffs and debuffs (strengthening, weakening, etc.)
└Status ailments (poison, confusion, etc.)
└Backgrounds (blizzards, volcanoes, etc.)
└Production (special moves, victory, defeat, gacha, endings, etc.)
└UI (battle, items, characters, etc.)
・Optimizing implementation data, and negotiating with external parties or other sections
・Other related duties
※You will be assigned to one or more of the above tasks according to your past experience and aptitude, not all of them.

 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
■ゲーム案件にて単一プロジェクトでの実務経験 6ヵ月
■ゲーム案件にて3Dエフェクト作成の実務経験 18ヵ月
■スマホ、コンシューマ、アーケード、PC いずれかの経験18ヵ月
【歓迎要件】
■After Effectの使用経験
■Houdiniでの制作経験
■モデリングもしくはモーションの実務経験
■リーダー経験
■Work experience on a single game project: 6 months
■Work experience creating 3D effects on game projects: 18 months
■Experience in any of the following: smartphone, console, arcade, or PC: 18 months
[Preferred requirements]
■Experience using After Effects
■Production experience with Houdini
■Practical experience in modeling or motion
