あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、プロジェクトの立ち上げや、ベンダーコントロールなどプロジェクトマネージャー業務のお仕事になります。
・プロジェクトの立ち上げ (見積・提案・計画立案)
・クライアントの要件ヒアリング、サービススコープの確定
・ビジネスケース、プロジェクト計画書、RFPの準備
・ベンダー管理
・プロジェクト進捗管理
・プロジェクトチーム管理
・PM/PLの育成・教育推進
・顧客折衝
IT系だとCTCやSCSK、Skyや帝人など、WEB系だとアクセンチュアやシャノンなど業界を牽引するトップ企業含め様々な企業と安定的な取引を行っております。

Your main responsibilities will be project manager duties, such as launching projects and vendor control.
・Project launch (estimating, proposals, planning)
・Hearing client requirements and finalizing service scope
・Preparing business cases, project plans, and RFPs
・Vendor management
・Project progress management
・Project team management
・PM/PL (project managers/project leads) development and education promotion
・Client negotiations

【必須要件】
■プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験36ヵ月
■要件ヒアリング、提案、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計の管理経験24か月
■予実管理、計画立案、スケジュール作成及び管理、進捗、品質、リスクの管理経験24か月
■新規開発プロジェクトでの上流工程(要件定義)の業務経験24か月
■顧客や内部関係者との折衝(交渉、調整、トラブルシューティング)経験
■IT業界(ソフトウェア業界、情報処理サービス(SI)業界、インターネット/Web業界、通信インフラ業界)経験60ヵ月
■6名以上のチーム管理経験36ヵ月
■Practical experience as a project manager for 36 months
■Management experience in requirements gathering, proposal, technology selection, and architecture design for 24 months
■Experience in budget-versus-actual management, planning, schedule creation and management, and progress, quality, and risk management for 24 months
■Work experience in upstream processes (requirements definition) in new development projects for 24 months
■Experience in negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders (negotiation, coordination, troubleshooting)
■Experience in the IT industry (software industry, information processing services (SI) industry, internet/Web industry, telecommunications infrastructure industry) for 60 months
■Team management experience of 6 or more members for 36 months |
