【お仕事の内容】
金融、官公庁、製造などの様々な業界向けのシステム運用保守
他部門などとのハブ役になりプロジェクトの運営の円滑性を保つために支える業務になります。
内部で利用しているシステム企画・システム開発・運用・保守、インフラ構築・運用・保守、サポートデスク・ヘルプデスクと広範囲にわたる業務に従事して頂くことになります。
仕事上関わる部署が多く、プロジェクト全体のパフォーマンスに貢献できるポジションとなります。
System operation and maintenance for clients in various industries, including finance, government agencies, and manufacturing.
You will serve as a hub between other departments, supporting the smooth running of projects.
You will be engaged in a wide range of work, including system planning, system development, operation, and maintenance for internal systems, infrastructure construction, operation, and maintenance, and support desk and help desk work.
As this role involves many departments, it is a position that can contribute to the overall performance of projects. |

【必須要件】
■ネットワーク、サーバーの運用保守経験36ヵ月
■LinuxまたはWindowsサーバーの運用経験
■JP1、Hinemos、Zabbixといった運用管理システムのジョブ設定の知見がある方
■障害対応またはインシデント対応経験
■Network and server operation and maintenance experience of 36 months
■Experience operating Linux or Windows servers
■Experience with job configuration in operations management systems such as JP1, Hinemos, and Zabbix
■Experience with failure response or incident response |
