あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、プロジェクトの立ち上げや、ベンダーコントロールなどプロジェクトマネージャー業務のお仕事になります。
・プロジェクトの立ち上げ (見積・提案・計画立案)
・クライアントの要件ヒアリング、サービススコープの確定
・ビジネスケース、プロジェクト計画書、RFPの準備
・ベンダー管理
・プロジェクト進捗管理
・プロジェクトチーム管理
・PM/PLの育成・教育推進
・顧客折衝
IT系だとCTCやSCSK、Skyや帝人など、WEB系だとアクセンチュアやシャノンなど業界を牽引するトップ企業含め様々な企業と安定的な取引を行っております。

The work we would like you to take on is project manager duties, including project launch and vendor control.
・Project launch (estimation, proposal, planning)
・Client requirements hearing, confirmation of service scope
・Preparation of business cases, project plans, and RFPs
・Vendor management
・Project progress management
・Project team management
・PM/PL development and education promotion
・Client negotiation

【必須要件】
■プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験36ヵ月
■要件ヒアリング、提案、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計の管理経験24か月
■予実管理、計画立案、スケジュール作成及び管理、進捗、品質、リスクの管理経験24か月
■新規開発プロジェクトでの上流工程(要件定義)の業務経験24か月
■顧客や内部関係者との折衝(交渉、調整、トラブルシューティング)経験
■IT業界(ソフトウェア業界、情報処理サービス(SI)業界、インターネット/Web業界、通信インフラ業界)経験60ヵ月
■6名以上のチーム管理経験36ヵ月
※運用保守及び追加開発のみはNG
■ Practical experience as a project manager: 36 months
■ Experience managing requirements hearing, proposals, technology selection, and architecture design: 24 months
■ Experience in budget-versus-actual management, planning, schedule creation and management, and progress, quality, and risk management: 24 months
■ Experience in upstream process (requirements definition) work on new development projects: 24 months
■ Experience in negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders (negotiation, coordination, troubleshooting)
■ Experience in the IT industry (software industry, system integration (SI) industry, internet/Web industry, telecom infrastructure industry): 60 months
■ Experience managing a team of 6 or more members: 36 months
