あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、プロジェクトマネージャー業務のお仕事になります。
・プロジェクト管理(QCD、ベンダー)
・システムアーキテクチャの検討、採用
・ベンダー選定、採用
・製品選定、採用
・顧客への業務改善提案、プリセールス
・開発(要件定義～総合テスト)、運用、移行

The work we would like to entrust to you is project manager duties.
・Project management (QCD, vendors)
・Study and adoption of system architecture
・Vendor selection and adoption
・Product selection and adoption
・Business improvement proposals to clients, pre-sales
・Development (requirements definition to integration testing), operation, migration

【必須要件】
■プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験36ヵ月
■要件ヒアリング、提案、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計の管理経験24か月
■予実管理、計画立案、スケジュール作成及び管理、進捗、品質、リスクの管理経験24か月
■新規開発プロジェクトでの上流工程(要件定義)の業務経験24か月
■顧客や内部関係者との折衝(交渉、調整、トラブルシューティング)経験
■IT業界(ソフトウェア業界、情報処理サービス(SI)業界、インターネット/Web業界、通信インフラ業界)経験60ヵ月
■6名以上のチーム管理経験36ヵ月
■ 36 months of practical experience as a project manager
■ 24 months of experience managing requirements hearing, proposals, technology selection, and architecture design
■ 24 months of experience managing budget-vs-actual control, planning, schedule creation and management, and management of progress, quality, and risks
■ 24 months of experience in upstream processes (requirements definition) in new development projects
■ Experience in negotiations, coordination, and troubleshooting with customers and internal stakeholders
■ 60 months of experience in the IT industry (software industry, information processing services (SI) industry, Internet/Web industry, telecommunications infrastructure industry)
■ 36 months of experience managing a team of 6 or more people |
