【お仕事の内容】
あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、データ分析の基となる基盤の立案や方針策定、構築などや、データの可視化や利活用、計測などの仕組みを構築するエンジニア業務のお仕事になります。
・データ基盤の戦略立案や方針策定
・データ基盤の構築・運用
・データ利用部門との課題の定義、要件整理
・データウェアハウスやデータマートの仕様策定や設計及び構築
・各サービスのエンジニアと連携し、データソースをデータチームへ繋げる
・クラウドサービスを活用したシステムアーキテクチャの設計及びレビュー
・データの可視化やデータ活用の支援及びデータ設計や自動化
・各プロジェクトで利用される BIツールの構築・運用
・データ利活用の推進
・データ計測の仕組みの構築・運用
・マーケティングの効果測定で用いる計測環境を整える など

The work we would like to entrust to you is engineering work that involves planning, policy-making, and building the foundation for data analysis, as well as constructing systems for data visualization, utilization, and measurement.
・Strategic planning and policy-making for the data platform
・Building and operating the data platform
・Defining issues and organizing requirements together with data-using departments
・Writing specifications, designing, and building data warehouses and data marts
・Working with engineers of each service to connect data sources to the data team
・Designing and reviewing system architecture using cloud services
・Supporting data visualization and data utilization, as well as data design and automation
・Building and operating BI tools used in each project
・Promoting data utilization
・Building and operating data measurement systems
・Setting up measurement environments used for marketing effectiveness measurement, etc.

【必須要件】
■データ分析業務経験が 24ヵ月
■SQLでの操作経験が 24ヵ月
■Pythonによるデータ加工経験がある
■Java、Ruby、Python、C#いずれかでの開発経験が 12ヶ月
■Google Analytics、Adobe Experience CloudまたはBIツール(Tableau、Looker Studio、Microsoft PowerBI、その他ツール含む)いずれかの経験がある方
■ Data analysis work experience: 24 months
■ SQL operation experience: 24 months
■ Experience processing data with Python
■ Development experience in any of Java, Ruby, Python, or C#: 12 months
■ Experience with any of Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, or BI tools (including Tableau, Looker Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, and other tools) |
