あなたにお任せしたいお仕事は、PMO業務のお仕事になります。
PMOとは「プロジェクト マネジメント オフィス」の略であり、プロジェクトを円滑に進める為、チームマネジメントやサポート業務を行っていただきます。
・PMの方針を各メンバーに共有し、チームの方向性も共有
・チーム全体の進捗管理
・各メンバーのモチベーションの管理
・PMへの各種報告
・必要な書類の作成
・全体方針の検討/策定
・ワークプラン管理
・稼働/コスト管理
・ステータス管理
・マルチベンダーにおける品質を軸にしたマルチベンダーコントロール
・トラブル対応と対策 など

The job you will be entrusted with is PMO work.
PMO stands for "Project Management Office," and in order to smoothly advance projects, you will carry out team management and support duties.
・Share the PM's policies with each team member and share the team's direction
・Overall progress management of the team
・Motivation management for each team member
・Various reports to the PM
・Preparation of necessary documents
・Review/formulation of overall policies
・Work plan management
・Workload/cost management
・Status management
・Multi-vendor control centered on quality in multi-vendor environments
・Trouble response and countermeasures, etc.
