■Experience with basic machine learning algorithms and frameworks
We are not looking for a "fully-formed person" who is proficient in all technologies at the time of joining. Building on a foundation of machine learning and software development basics and approximately 2–3 years of coding experience, you can take on challenges with confidence starting from your areas of strength, such as image recognition, generative AI, and robotics. Advanced mathematics, physical AI, and AI agent knowledge can be acquired while working on real projects with experienced colleagues. We welcome people who can openly ask about things they don't understand, research and experiment on their own, and bring their knowledge together with those around them. At the same time, it is important to not stop at "trying it out" in research and development, but to verify whether customers' issues have truly been resolved and whether the solution is being used with confidence in the field. Please address the designs, code, validation results, and deadlines you are responsible for with sincerity, share issues early when they arise, and carry improvements through to completion. Arithmer, which originated from the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Tokyo, connects AI, robotics, and life sciences with mathematics at its core, and has built social implementations with more than 100 companies.
