仕事内容Job description	【お仕事の内容】・全社AI活用推進計画の企画・立案・各部門(エンジニア・営業・管理部門等)へのAIツール導入・活用支援・全社員向けAI活用研修の設計・実施(階層別・職種別カリキュラムの作成含む) ・研修効果測定(アンケート・KPI設計)と継続的な改善・最新AI技術・ツールのリサーチと社内への情報発信・役員会でのAI推進状況の報告・新規施策の提案・各部署からのAI活用相談への対応、社内ナレッジ共有の仕組みづくり・社内AI活用ガイドライン・運用ルールの策定【【やりがい】】当社のAI推進ポジションは、会社の次の成長を左右する重要テーマを、若手のうちから経営レベルの意思決定に関わりながら推進できる仕事です。決まった型があるわけではなく、これから会社の仕組みとして"ゼロから"作り上げていくポジションのため、自分のアイデアや工夫がそのまま会社全体の変化につながります。研修を通じて社内のさまざまな社員と関わる中で、自身のAI活用スキルや伝える力も磨かれ、将来的にはAI推進部門の立ち上げやリーダーとして活躍いただくことも期待しています。【【こんな人を募集しています】】【【必須条件】】 ◇4年制大学卒業以上 ◇各種AIツールの特性を理解し、業務で実践的に活用できる方 ◇指示待ちではなく、能動的に課題を見つけて動ける方 ◇人前で話す・教えることに抵抗がない方(研修・勉強会の実施経験があれば尚可) 【【優遇する経験】】 ◇AIツールを用いた開発経験がある方 ◇社内研修・勉強会の企画運営経験 ◇部門横断でのプロジェクト推進経験 ◇経営層・役員層への提案や報告の経験・Planning and drafting the company-wide AI utilization promotion plan ・Supporting introduction and utilization of AI tools in each department (engineering, sales, administration, etc.) ・Designing and implementing AI utilization training for all employees (including creating curricula by level and by job type) ・Measuring training effectiveness (surveys and KPI design) and continuous improvement ・Researching the latest AI technologies and tools and sharing information within the company ・Reporting on AI promotion progress to the board of directors and proposing new initiatives ・Responding to AI utilization consultations from each department and building mechanisms for sharing internal knowledge ・Formulating internal AI utilization guidelines and operational rules [Rewarding aspects] At our company, the AI promotion position is a job where you can drive important themes that will shape the company's next stage of growth, while being involved in management-level decision-making from an early stage in your career.
