機械学習モデルの実装により、出版業界の実課題をエンジニアリングで解決に導くポジションです。
社内データサイエンティストと連携し、出版業界の実課題を解決するべく、機械学習モデルのPOC、及び、商用環境への実装を行います。
急成長する組織の中で当社の提供するサービスの成長にコミットメントするメンバーとして自ら仕事を作り、実行していただけます。
成長期のため、サービスの将来像を一緒に考えて行動できる方とともに事業拡大をしたいと思っております。
そのため、システムの改善や提案などエンジニアドリブンで主体的に取り組む事が期待されます。
[Job Description]
This position leads to engineering solutions to real issues in the publishing industry by implementing machine learning models.
In collaboration with in-house data scientists, they will implement POC of machine learning models and commercial environments to solve real issues in the publishing industry. You can create and execute your work as a member committed to the growth of the services we provide in a rapidly growing organization.
Since they are in a growth period, they would like to expand our business with people who can think and act together with them about the future image of our service. Therefore, engineers are expected to proactively work on system improvements and proposals. |

【必須要件】
・大学卒
・必要な日本語力:上級～ネイティブレベル
・機械学習、深層学習、強化学習いずれかを用いて実装した開発経験
・予測モデルなどのAIをクラウド上で商用、検証環境等で実行管理した経験
・Pythonを用いた機械学習に関連するサービスまたは製品の開発経験
・要件定義から基本設計・実装・デプロイと全工程に携わった経験
【開発環境】
・開発言語 Python

・コンテナ技術 Docker
・GCP Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions,Big Query

[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese proficiency: advanced to native level
・ Advanced Japanese level enough to handle the interview
・ Development experience using machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
・ Experience in executing and managing AI such as prediction models in a commercial or verification environment on the cloud
・ Experience developing services or products related to machine learning using Python
・ Experience involved in all processes from requirements definition to basic design, implementation, and deployment

・ Experience in following the trends of new services, software, etc., and verifying them yourself
・ Leader, sub-leader experience
・ Customer negotiation experience
・ Experience developing system infrastructure in projects related to AI and data utilization
