【お仕事の内容】
WEB-ERP『GRANDIT』をベースとしたカスタマイズ開発業務部門におけるPMO業務(品質管理)をお任せします。
社内PMOとしてプロジェクトを成功させるため、適切な支援・管理をし、円滑に進行するように導くことが役割です。
プロジェクトマネジメントの支援を行うため、プロジェクト計画・進捗管理・課題管理・リスク管理など、プロジェクト管理手法に関する知識を活かすことが可能です。
具体的には、現場のPL/PMと連携し、第三者の視点からプロジェクトの「健康診断」を行い、炎上の未然防止やプロセスの標準化を推進していただきます。

You will be in charge of PMO work (quality management) for the customization development division, which is based on the WEB-ERP "GRANDIT."
As an in-house PMO, your role is to provide appropriate support and management to ensure projects succeed and proceed smoothly.
To support project management, you may draw on your knowledge of project management methods, including project planning, progress management, issue management, and risk management.
Specifically, you will work with the on-site PL/PM and, from a third-party perspective, conduct a "health check" of projects, promoting the prevention of project fires (emergencies) and the standardization of processes. |

SEのご経験(開発、PLのご経験をお持ちの方)
業務システム開発・構築経験
SQLやVBAができる方(管理ツールの作成やデータ抽出等で使用します)
【歓迎要件】
PM/PL経験3年以上をお持ちの方
ERP開発経験、基幹系システム開発経験
PMP資格保有、またはプロジェクトマネジメントに関する公的資格

Experience as a systems engineer (SE) (those with development and PL experience)
Experience in developing and building business systems
Able to use SQL or VBA (used for creating management tools, data extraction, etc.)
