【お仕事の内容】
ERPパッケージソフト「GRANDIT」の保守業務をご担当いただきます。
会計・販売・購買・物流・生産・貿易など、基幹業務に関わる幅広い業務知識とITスキルが求められますが、非常に価値の高いキャリアを築くことができます。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです
・「GRANDIT」に関する問い合わせ対応
・障害対応
・改善提案および対応
・バージョンアップ対応(OS・SQL Server・GRANDIT本体)
複数の顧客をチームで担当しており、複数社を受け持って頂くことになります。
※チームでの兼務体制のため、事前調整により休暇も取得しやすい環境です。
PL経験・希望の方には、複数顧客保守のとりまとめ、各メンバーのリソース調整を行って頂きます。
You will be responsible for maintenance and support of the ERP package software "GRANDIT."
Knowledge of a wide range of core business operations and IT skills, including accounting, sales, purchasing, logistics, production, and trade, are required, and you can build a highly valuable career.
・Responding to inquiries about "GRANDIT"
・Incident response
・Improvement proposals and implementation
・Version upgrade support (OS, SQL Server, GRANDIT itself)
Multiple customers are handled by a team, and you will be in charge of multiple companies.
※Because the team operates with shared assignments, it is an environment where taking time off is easy through advance coordination.
For those with PL experience or who wish to take on this role, you will coordinate maintenance for multiple customers and adjust resources for each team member. |

【必須要件】
・業務システムの導入・開発・保守いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
※保守未経験でも、導入または開発経験があれば歓迎します。
【歓迎要件】
・基幹業務システム導入・開発・保守において、プロジェクトリーダー(PL)以上の経験をお持ちの方
・C#およびSQL Serverに関する知識、業務システム開発の経験
・顧客と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
・チームで協力しながら業務を遂行できる方

・Experience in introduction, development, or maintenance of business systems (any one of these)
※Candidates without maintenance experience are welcome if they have introduction or development experience.
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience as a project leader (PL) or higher in the introduction, development, or maintenance of core business systems
・Knowledge of C# and SQL Server, and experience in business system development
・Ability to communicate smoothly with customers
・Ability to carry out work cooperatively within a team |
