【お仕事の内容】
新規プロダクト(クラウドサービス)の開発、保守、導入支援業務に参加していただきます。
当プロダクトは大手企業に必要となる予算・実績管理や経営指標(KPI)管理、BI分析をトータルでサポートし、外部ERPシステムとの連携可能な新クラウドサービスです。
当社の21,000社/52万ライセンスの実績を持つ「SI Object Browser」シリーズなど
既存のお客様を中心に導入を広めていく予定です。
当プロダクトの立ち上げのメンバーとして初期段階からリリースまで携わっていただき、
その後はプロダクトの中核を担う立場になっていただきたいと考えます。

You will take part in the development, maintenance, and implementation support of a new product (cloud service).
This product is a new cloud service that comprehensively supports budget and performance management, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and BI analysis required by large enterprises, and it can integrate with external ERP systems.
We plan to expand adoption mainly among existing customers, including those of the "SI Object Browser" series, which has a track record of 21,000 companies / 520,000 licenses.
As a founding member of this product, you will be involved from the early stages through release, and after that we would like you to take a central role in the product.
We welcome those who wish to grow together with the product as a future product leader candidate.
Development of version upgrades for the new product (design, build, test, release work)
Maintenance support work (incident response, inquiry response, etc.)
Implementation support work (consulting tailored to customers' operations, initial setup, etc.)
*You will be assigned to tasks from the above according to your aptitude.

【必須要件】
・プログラム開発経験(3年以上)
・保守サポート、コンサルティングなどの対外的なユーザー様との業務経験(1年以上)
