・基本的なOBPM Neoの機能や導入支援サービスの業務の流れを理解するための研修を行います 。
・プロジェクト管理の基本的な考え方、原価、会計、リソース、品質、業務システム構造など、業務理解を徹底的に学びます 。
・先輩社員と共に実際の導入サービス業務に参画し、実務を学びます 。
・OJT指導型で、導入サービスの具体的な流れや支援内容を体験し、自身のスタイルを確立していきます 。
・案件のリーダーを担当し、これまでの経験とノウハウを活かしてお客様を成功に導く、導入コンサルタントとして独り立ちを目指します 。

We provide products and consulting services for companies that conduct project-based work, such as SIers, information subsidiaries, manufacturing companies, and engineering companies.
"OBPM Neo" is an ERP package that enables integrated management of all QCD elements required for project management, including resource management, schedule management, progress management, effort management, cost and profitability management, and quality management.
・"OBPM Neo" is not a tool that ensures project management will succeed simply by being introduced.
・We provide implementation consulting services to support our customers' operational efficiency and settling into day-to-day operations.
・Based on our extensive implementation experience and project management know-how, this service supports customers with integration with internal systems, division of management accounting and financial accounting, PMO check know-how, and formulation of new operating rules.
・In addition, for customers who wish to use the standard version, we continuously create content that describes AI-based services and implementation procedures.
・For customers introducing "OBPM Neo," you will be in charge of "implementation support services," including function explanations, master settings, support for creating manuals and rules, and data migration.
・Through in-depth hearings, we provide consulting services to lead customers to success, such as problem solving, proposals for efficient business improvement, and advice on accounting processing.
