【お仕事の内容】
ERPパッケージソフト「GRANDIT」を用いて、お客様の業務を効率化するお仕事です。ワークスタイルが激変し、グローバル化が急速に進む昨今、国内企業は高品質、多様化、低コストが要求され生き残りをかけた厳しい競争にさらされています。業務を効率化してコストダウンを図るにはデジタル化、IT化が最も有効な手段です。その中でも企業の根幹をなす基幹業務システム(ERP)は全ての企業でなくてはならないものとなっております。
今回皆様にお願いしたいのは、基幹業務システム導入のお仕事ですので、会計、販売、購買、物流、生産、貿易、会計と非常に幅広い業務知識とIT技術が必要となりますが、大変価値のあるキャリアを身に付けることができます。
具体的には、お客様の業務の課題を洗い出し、FIT&GAP分析を行い、その後、要件定義、設計、製造、導入、教育、保守という一連の工程を経て、導入稼働を果たすやりがいのある仕事です。ご経験に応じてお任せする範囲は変わりますが、上流工程のスキルを身につけて将来はプロジェクトリーダーを目指したい方、技術力を活かして製造工程を牽引したいという方、一連の工程を当社が実施しているからこそ、個々のキャリアパスに合わせてお任せする仕事を設定していきますので、ぜひ面談では皆様のご希望をお聞かせください。入社後は教育担当が付き、OJTでしっかりとサポートしていきますのでご安心ください。
ERP package software "GRANDIT" is used to streamline clients' operations.
With work styles changing dramatically and globalization progressing rapidly these days, domestic companies face fierce competition for survival, demanded to deliver high quality, diversification, and low cost. Digitalization and IT are the most effective means of streamlining operations and reducing costs. Among these, core business systems (ERP), which form the foundation of a company, have become indispensable to all companies.
What we ask of you this time is work involved in introducing core business systems. It requires a very wide range of business knowledge, including accounting, sales, purchasing, logistics, production, trade, and accounting, as well as IT skills, but it allows you to build a highly valuable career.
Specifically, you will identify challenges in clients' operations, conduct FIT&GAP analysis, and then go through a series of processes—requirements definition, design, development, deployment, training, and maintenance—to bring the system into operation. It is a rewarding job. The scope of responsibility will vary depending on your experience. Whether you want to acquire upstream process skills and aim to become a project leader in the future, or you want to use your technical skills to lead the development process, because we carry out the entire series of processes ourselves, we will set up work tailored to each individual's career path.
