【お仕事の内容】
ERPパッケージソフト「GRANDIT」を用いて、お客様の業務を効率化するお仕事です。
ワークスタイルが激変し、グローバル化が急速に進む昨今、国内企業は高品質、多様化、低コストが要求され生き残りをかけた厳しい競争にさらされています。
業務を効率化してコストダウンを図るにはデジタル化、IT化が最も有効な手段です。
その中でも企業の根幹をなす基幹業務システム(ERP)は全ての企業でなくてはならないものとなっています。
今回皆様にお願いしたいのは、基幹業務システム導入のお仕事ですので、会計、販売、購買、物流、生産、貿易、会計と非常に幅広い業務知識とIT技術が必要となりますが、大変価値のあるキャリアを身に付けることができます。
具体的には、お客様の業務の課題を洗い出し、FIT&GAP分析を行い、
その後、要件定義、設計、製造、導入、教育、保守という一連の工程を経て、導入稼働をチームで果たす仕事です。
ご経験に応じてお任せする範囲は変わりますが、
PL経験・希望の方には顧客対応・進捗・要員管理などPJ実行リード・管理を担当していただきます。
設計、製造中心に活躍したい方も歓迎です。
顧客の経営管理・業務システムの構築という大きなPJに関わり、PL、SE、PGとしてスキルアップを果たすことができます。
This role involves streamlining clients' operations using the ERP package software "GRANDIT."
As work styles change dramatically and globalization advances rapidly, domestic companies are required to deliver high quality, diversification, and low costs, and are exposed to fierce competition in which they must survive.
Digitalization and IT adoption are the most effective means of improving operations and reducing costs.
Among these, core business systems (ERP), which form the foundation of a company, have become indispensable to all companies.
What we are asking of you this time is work involved in introducing core business systems. It requires a very broad range of business knowledge, including accounting, sales, purchasing, logistics, production, trade, and accounting, as well as IT skills, and you can build a highly valuable career.
Specifically, you will identify challenges in clients' operations, carry out FIT&GAP analysis, and then, through a series of processes of requirements definition, design, development, introduction, training, and maintenance, work as a team to achieve system go-live.
The scope of your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience.
For those with PL experience or who wish to pursue it, you will be in charge of leading and managing PJ execution, including client communication, progress management, and staff management.
Those who wish to be active mainly in design and development are also welcome.
You will be involved in a large PJ of building clients' management control and business systems, and can develop your skills as PL, SE, and PG. |
