 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
ERP事業部の本社開発部にてマネージャ業務を行っていただきます。具体的には社員の面談・フォロー、パートナーとの調整(事務手続き含む)、リソース管理、問題プロジェクトのチェックなどを行っていただきます。また専任マネージャーとして、予算達成をミッションに、社員・パートナー含めた、仕組みづくり(チームビルド)、メンバー育成をお任せします。
You will serve as a manager in the Head Office Development Department of the ERP Business Division. Specifically, you will be responsible for employee interviews and follow-up, coordination with partners (including administrative procedures), resource management, and checking problem projects. As a dedicated manager, you will also be entrusted with building systems (team building) and developing members, including employees and partners, with the mission of achieving budget targets. |

・基幹系業務システムPJにてPL以上の経験、
業務知識(会計知識)
・C♯、SQL Serverの知識とシステム開発の経験
