仕事内容Job description As VPoE at our company, you will play a role in maximizing the results of the development team and supporting the growth of the organization.
By creating an environment where engineers can take on challenges with confidence and smoothly driving product development, you will contribute to the continuous growth of the business.
- Recruitment, development, and evaluation of the engineering team; career support through 1on1s
- Improvement of development processes and productivity enhancement (promotion of Scrum and Agile adoption)
- Management of technical debt and quality issues, and execution of improvement initiatives
- Driving development in collaboration with product managers and designers
- Optimization of organizational strategy and resource allocation through coordination with management
応募資格Requirement * Practical experience in software development (at a level that allows design and code review)
* Experience managing a team of 5 or more engineers
* Practical experience in recruitment, evaluation, and development
* Business-level Japanese proficiency

・Management experience in startups or organizations in a rapid growth phase
・Experience being involved in recruitment strategy or evaluation system design
・Experience introducing or promoting improvements to agile development
・Experience managing global teams
