【お仕事の内容】
日本の魅力的な地方へアクセスできる移動手段として、今、世界中の訪日観光客から熱い視線を集めているキャンピングカー。
私たちは単に車両を貸し出すだけでなく、「旅の最高のスタート」を演出するスペシャリストです。来店されたお客様への心温まる接客や予約対応といった現場のオペレーションを大切にしながら、より多くのお客様へサービスを届けるための新規パートナーシップ構築や体制強化にも挑んでいただきます。
主な業務内容
・予約受付:電話やメールでの予約受付や問い合わせ対応
・接客:ご利用説明、注意事項のご案内、車両の引き渡し・返却対応
・事務業務:入金管理や請求書発行、簡単なデータ入力
・車両メンテナンス:洗車後のチェックや3ヵ月点検の手配
・その他の業務:予約関連資料やオプション商品の整理
その他店舗運営に必要な業務

Campervans are currently attracting strong interest from inbound tourists around the world as a means of transport that gives access to Japan's appealing regional areas.
We do more than simply rent out vehicles; we are specialists in creating "the best start to a journey." While valuing on-site operations such as warm, heartfelt customer service at the store and reservation handling, you will also take on the challenge of building new partnerships and strengthening our structure so that we can deliver our services to even more customers.
Main duties
・Reservation handling: accepting reservations and responding to inquiries by phone and email
・Customer service: explaining how to use the vehicle, guiding customers on precautions, handover and return of vehicles
・Administrative work: deposit management, invoice issuance, simple data entry
・Vehicle maintenance: post-wash checks and arranging 3-month inspections
・Other duties: organizing reservation-related documents and optional products
