仕事内容Job description 1. *Prime Projects*
You will join a prime project to introduce SAP systems at a mid-sized company as a consultant. You will form a team as ARK Consulting and carry out the SAP system implementation.
Because this is a prime project, you can join as ARK Consulting from the most upstream phases, such as planning and conceptualization.
2. *Non-Prime Projects*
You will join SAP system implementations at large companies as a consultant and handle consulting work across the full scope of system implementation. By combining multiple SAP solutions, you will contribute to solving clients' challenges and realizing DX, and you will be active as a consultant who leads projects to success.
※Decision on project assignment and phase of participation: Based on your rank upon joining and your past experience and skill set, we will decide the project and phase you join.
【【Senior Consultant and above】】
We are recruiting candidates with experience at the Senior Consultant level or above who can join our management team, and who can serve as key members and share the experience of taking a company public, working toward our company goal of achieving revenue of 42億円 by 2030.
For the IPO, we are considering introducing a stock option program, and we plan to provide feedback according to each person's contribution to the company.
In addition, at our company we also respect each person's own wishes when assigning projects. For example, unlike other firms where one would need to be a Senior Manager or above to take part in proposal processes, you may be able to participate in such upstream processes and gain experience in them.
応募資格Requirement * SAP core module experience (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP, etc.) of 1 year or more
└Concept planning and requirements definition: participated in requirements organization as a user department staff member, compiling business requirements and supporting UAT
└Design and testing: performed design, system configuration, and testing as an engineer or key user
└Operation and maintenance: daily operation and inquiry handling as a business user, or operation and maintenance support as an engineer (master data changes, incident response, etc.)
* Holds JLPT N2 or above and is able to communicate in Japanese at a level that does not hinder project work

[Preferred requirements]
* SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience
* PMO assistant experience (progress tracking, meeting minutes, document preparation) of six months or more
* Customer support experience
* Ability to communicate in English for business purposes
* Wants to utilize past experience and skills to take on various challenges at a rapidly growing company
* Wants to gain leadership experience early and advance business with personal discretion
* Wants to take on challenges in businesses leveraging cutting-edge technology
