【お仕事の内容】
1. *プライム案件*
中堅企業へのSAPシステム導入のプライム案件にPMOとして参画し、ARK Consultingとしてチーム体制を組んで、PMO業務全般を担当します。
プライム案件のため、企画・構想などの最上流工程からARKとして参画します。
2. *プライム案件以外*
大手企業へのシステム導入(SAP中心)にPMOとして参画し、システム導入に関するPMO業務全般を担当します。
これまで培ってきたSAPコンサルティング経験(または類するERPパッケージコンサルティング経験)を活かして、PMO業務を行っていただきます。
※参画プロジェクトの決定と参画フェーズについて:入社時のランクやこれまでの経験・スキルセットを鑑みて、参画プロジェクト/フェーズを決定します。
1. *Prime Project*
Participating as PMO in a prime project introducing a SAP system at a mid-sized company, you will form a team structure as ARK Consulting and be responsible for overall PMO operations.
Since this is a prime project, ARK will participate from the most upstream phases such as planning and conceptualization.
2. *Non-Prime Projects*
Participating as PMO in system implementation (centered on SAP) at a large enterprise, you will be responsible for overall PMO operations related to system implementation.
Leveraging your SAP consulting experience (or similar ERP package consulting experience) you have built up so far, you will carry out PMO operations.

 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
* SAPコアモジュール経験(FI/CO/MM/SD/PP 等)1年以上
└構想策定・要件定義:ユーザー部門担当者として要件整理に参加、業務要件の取りまとめやUAT支援
└設計・テスト:エンジニアまたはキーユーザーとして、設計・システム設定・テストを実施
└運用・保守:業務ユーザーとしての日常運用・問合せ対応、またはエンジニアとしての運用保守対応(マスタ変更、障害対応など)
* 日本語能力試験N2以上を保持し、プロジェクト業務に支障のない日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能

* SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud 経験
* PMO補助経験(進捗・議事録・資料作成)半年以上
* 顧客対応経験
* 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力

* SAP core module experience (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP, etc.) of 1 year or more
└Concept development and requirements definition: Participated in requirements organization as a user department staff member, compiling business requirements and supporting UAT
└Design and testing: Carried out design, system configuration, and testing as an engineer or key user
└Operations and maintenance: Daily operations and inquiry handling as a business user, or operations and maintenance work as an engineer (master data changes, incident response, etc.)
* Holds JLPT N2 or higher and is able to communicate in Japanese at a level that does not hinder project work
[Preferred requirements]
* SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience
* PMO assistant experience (progress tracking, meeting minutes, document preparation) of 6 months or more
* Customer support experience
* English business communication ability
