仕事内容Job description ・Planning/requirements definition/design/development of systems incorporating LLMs and AI agents
・Development in proof-of-concept projects (some production systems), and planning/requirements definition/design/development/operation of web and mobile applications
・Backend system development for data analysis projects, analytics platform design/construction
・Technology selection for new business planning, IT due diligence for IT companies
Because the target industries and businesses are diverse, the types of projects are also varied. Recently, many generative AI-related projects have also been launched.
<Examples of projects previously implemented by our company>
・Development of an automated TV shopping program scheduling system: Organized and formalized program scheduling work that had relied on experience and intuition, and developed and introduced a web system that automatically generates scheduling proposals. Reduced the time required to create scheduling proposals from approximately 1 week to several hours.
・Development of a generative AI-based EC product description generation system: Developed and introduced a web system that automatically generates persuasive product descriptions based on product information. Effectiveness verification demonstrated that posting the generated text led to increased sales.
・Development of a generative AI-based investment and financing decision support system: Developed and introduced a web system that uses past investment and financing case information to support case comparison and the organization of decision-making materials. Utilizes generative AI and AI agents to support efficiency improvements in investment and financing decision-making and improvements in decision quality.
・Development of a data visualization and analytics platform for manufacturing sites: Developed and introduced a web system that integrates and visualizes data scattered across manufacturing sites. Supports understanding of on-site issues and consideration of improvement measures.
・Development of a new store sales forecasting and measure analysis tool for the retail industry: Developed a sales forecasting algorithm for new store openings and introduced a tool that visualizes the analysis results. Supports decisions on store openings and sales improvement
measures.

応募資格Requirement ・At least 5 years of practical experience as a software engineer
・At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead or equivalent position, leading technology selection, design policy formulation, and implementation policy
・At least 3 years of experience practicing continuous improvement and iterative development within a team in agile development
・At least 3 years of practical development experience including two or more of the following areas: backend / frontend / cloud infrastructure design and construction
・Experience leading the improvement of design quality and implementation quality through code reviews
・Experience leading business requirements and system requirements definition that considers technical perspectives through hearing from customers/users
