応募資格Requirement	【必須要件】・組織マネジメントの実務経験5年以上・10名以上の組織のマネジメント全般(チームマネジメント/ピープルマネジメント)を担い、組織として成果を上げた経験3年以上・組織成果を最大化するための組織設計(組織構造・役割設計)や、人材採用・育成・評価制度の設計を主導した経験・経営層を含む社内外のステークホルダーとの戦略議論・折衝・合意形成の経験・専門人材(デザイナー、エンジニア等)を束ね、成果物の品質管理やレビュー体制の構築といった仕組みづくりを主導した経験・Five or more years of practical experience in organizational management ・Three or more years of experience managing an organization of 10 or more people in general (team management / people management) and achieving organizational results ・Experience leading organizational design (organizational structure and role design) to maximize organizational results, and leading the design of talent recruitment, development, and evaluation systems ・Experience in strategic discussions, negotiations, and consensus-building with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management ・Experience leading the creation of systems such as managing specialist personnel (designers, engineers, etc.) and building quality control and review structures for deliverables
